Pros:

The location is perfect! Next to Higashi Shinjuku station a 0 min walk. Staff is friendly and there’re plenty of free amenities next to the elevator.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is the same every single day, would be nice to see some changes specially if you’re staying more than a week

Week in Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to the Uedo line & lots of good restaurants close by. Room was a good size for 2 of us.

Cons:

The fire station is around the corner so there are a lot of sirens throughout the night.

Fantastic location
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the room was clean. It's in a great location with the subway entrance practically next door. Also loved the free amenities provided on the ground floor near the lift, the sheet face masks in particular were a life saver from the cold winter air.

Cons:

The room was a little cramped, my friend and I had to take turns opening our suitcases, getting what we needed and then close them and stand them up again to be able to get from the beds to the bathroom and front door.

Great location to walk to places in the area, shops, restaurants and bars and local national park. Room size just okay but will get twin rooms next time

Perfect location next to metro
Pros:
