Will always choose Sotetsu Fresa Inn
Pros:

Location - it’s literally beside Tokyo Metro E and F line (Higashi Shinjuku station) so it’s very convenient taking the subway. I like that all the popular konbinis, McD, and other restaurants are just around the area.

Staff were wonderful and were very attentive!

Cons:

The hotel just doesnt match the other options that sotetsu hotels provide around the rest of Japan. The hotel needs a serious facelift as it was very old. The ambulance sounds blaring all night didnt help either. Probably wont stay here again but the staff made it worth it.

We had a great stay and would come back again
Pros:

Easy to check in, staff is there all night. Rooms were more spacious than expected. We managed to fit 4 large luggage’s in the room. Bathrooms were great.
