It was a wonderful experience
Pros:

Staff is friendly the facility is kept clean and if you are taking a trip to Disney is about 30 mins on train. Everything else was close by 7/11, McDonald’s etc….

Good enough if you’re going to Disney Resort for several days.
Pros:

Near to the bus stop and train station. Good breakfast. Provided fresh towels and nightrobes everyday.

Cons:

It would be better if the staff could communicate more in English. Also, to have more variety for breakfast which could start earlier and end later like other hotels (6-10 am vs. the current 7-9 am only).

Cheap & cheerful but far from the city center.
Pros:

Friendly staff at front desk, though they spoke very limited English they were always keen to help. Good buffet breakfast, but no fruit was served for the 3 days we stayed - we were craving fresh fruit so badly! Very close to local subway station - 100m walk.

Cons:

The beds were hard. It was far from the city center. Urayasu is a suburb on the eastern side of Tokyo & all of our activities / sights / outings were on the west side, so it took a long time to get anywhere.

ラッキーにも美味しいバーガー店が近くにあった。
Pros:

朝食☕🍞🌄美味しかったです。駅近で便利でしたし、朝一お散歩コースも紹介ありで神社で旅の無事を祈願して楽しい場所でした。

連泊が取れなかった事です。

Pros:

宿泊前に電話をした時、問い合わせしたことに対して、丁寧に対応していただきました。
また、朝食は何を食べても美味しかったです。
お惣菜から、パンまで。お気に入りはサックサクのアップルパイです。
