The hotel didn't even cancel my reservation. It simply turned out the apartment was rented to someone else, and the owner offered to throw a few mattresses into the other, smaller apartment.

Дуже жарко в кімнаті,вікна відчинити не мажна щоб провітрить,бо поруч автострада,дуже шумно,і то є Делюкс,ліжко велике,а простині маленькі застеляні по дві штуки,за таку ціну,можна б було купити простинь для таких ліжок,душ кабіна маленька,нема де розвернутись,поки помиєшся,води стоїть по бортіки,дуже погано сходить вода,туалетна бумага,найдешевша дуже тоненька.короче одним словом промучились цілу ніч,дуже не рекомендую цей готель.це посто жесть а не Готель,є басейн,але платити потрібно окремо 35зл.з людини,паркінг,теж 50зл.доба.короче жесть а не готель.

Tydzień w Katowicach
Pros:

Wygodne łóżka, parking podziemny, smaczne i świeże śniadania, miła i uczynna obsługa, szybkie i dostępne windy.

Cons:

Sprzątanie co trzeci dzień łącznie z wynoszeniem śmieci z mikroskopijnego kosza. Oczywiście ze sprzątaniem wiąże się dostawa wody, uzupełnienie kawy i herbaty i wymiana pojedynczych ręczników na czyste co wydaje mi się trochę za mało na trzy gwiazdki. Te czynności powinny być wykonywane codziennie a już na pewno na żądanie gościa. Hotel położony tuż przy A4 stąd bardzo duży hałas. Na szczęście okna bardzo dobre i po zamknięciu można spać. Chyba, że komuś przeszkadza brak możliwości regulacji temperatury w pokoju. Ogrzewanie w hotelu mocno rozkręcone, klimatyzacja nie działa (marzec) i jedyny sposób na obniżenie temperatury w pokoju to uchylenie okna. Ale wtedy poziom hałasu nie pozwala nawet na oglądanie czasami działającej telewizji. W pokojach brakuje radia i lodówki. Mimo wszystko, biorąc pod uwagę ww. pozytywy można uznać to miejsce za godne polecenia, zwłaszcza na krótsze 1-2 dniowe pobyty.

Snídaně skoro výtečná. Káva nesmírně chutná, chleba snad domácí, výběr široký.
Lidé příjemní, i když se vedle stavěl snad soud nebo co, a hotel je u dálnice, tak při zavřených oknech to jde. My jsme si otevřeli, a taky to šlo,

Cons:

Strašlivě měkké postele ještě s nějakými měkkými návleky nahoře, které ale nebyly navlečené, tak sjížděly. Postel mi solidně rozhodila záda.
Potom ten smrad z cigaret v koupelně. Asi to přicházelo ventilací, nebo to zůstalo po předchozích lidech, kteří chodili kouřit do sprchy, nevím, ale při sprchování to bylo nejsilnější.
