Me and my partner come here a lot. Everything is there. A bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, sauna the lot. A beautiful nature reserve right next to it with beautiful views. Our favourite spot to go.

No phone in bedroom so no way of contacting reception. Cannot phone the hotel to make a booking.
Tried the Village hotel for a change and majority of my stay was spot on but the service from one individual means I am only rating a 1 Star
Check-in. Good
Room - Clean, spacious and had everything I needed.
Unfortunately I went into the bar area for food and drinks the food was ok no complaints.
2 Ladies serving on the bar at approx 2030 on Thursday, the taller one of the two was one of rudest colleagues I have come across in any hotel. Bar is square shaped and she stood talking to one customer with her back to the rest of the bar for about 5 mins. After noticing I was waiting to be served she continued with her conversation eventually coming over to serve me after I MOVED , no apology nothing .
The other lady was absolutely spot on , friendly and attentive.
What a shame that my whole stay was spoilt by one colleague who has no understanding of delivering a decent level of customer service and based on that interaction I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Went to stay for a weekend in January, where the staff were extremely friendly, especially Sarah in housekeeping. Sarah, was friendly, very sociable and very efficient.
From arrival until we left, the staff were polite and helpful. The food was tasty and the bar staff were good. Definitely worth a stay. This was our second visit in a few months.
Good location for us, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, coffee bar, excellent food in the restaurant.
Dinner was excellent, but when we tried to order dessert we couldn’t, as the kitchen shut at half nine, we should have been told this, and we could have enjoyed our meals even more.
