Pros:

Price of room very good bed very comfortable

Cons:

Room still had fresh paint smell. Radiator kept clicking loudly when warming up

Not easily accessible, unbearably loud, not suitable for elderly guests.

It was close to where a family event took place. The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

I had a site office generator right outside my window. It started at 07:30. Also the easy access rooms were so far away from the breakfast area we were recommended to drive to the front with our frail parents. We wished we had just set of from home instead of driving up the night before it would have been less traumatic for them. Lesson learned.

We had booked the Sat night meal but the music in the bar was so loud it wasn’t for us. So we made the effort to drive elsewhere having sat down and realised what it was like.

Pros:

nice room and food

Cons:

large group of people in bar area with lots of children aged between 1-9 running around right up until the bar closed children should not be on licensed premises after 9pm.Also we couldn’t get into our room at night and had to wait over an hour until this was resolved resulting in a very late night that we hadn’t planned

Location was good great access to retail park and walk along the river

Cons:

Essential items not available in room I.E toothpaste hair conditioner. After speaking to staff still wasn’t provided.

Ogólnie ledwo 3 gwiazdki na to zastaliśmy

Basen był ok, ale dodatkowo płatny

Cons:

Na starcie dostaliśmy brudny pokój , więc przyznali nam kolejny, który znajdował się prawie w sekcji remontowej , w święta wielkanocne o 8 rano mieliśmy huk, stukanie i wiercenie , tragedia , nigdy takiego czegoś nie przeżyliśmy, przyjechaliśmy odpocząć a wyjechaliśmy jeszcze bardziej zmęczeni , zgłosiliśmy nie działające ogrzewanie , dostaliśmy wiadomość że ktoś się do nas zgłosi , cały pobyt nie znalazła się taka osoba , więc niestety marzliśmy , na dwie osoby mieścimy tylko jeden ręcznik, pokój obrapany, obskurny … ogólnie nie polecam, wyszliśmy z hotelu bardzo zmęczeni ;/
