Comfortable bed but poor/broken room amenities.
Pros:

Good location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Stayed I be Maidstone for night work and returned to the hotel at 02:00, was woken up at ~08:00 by what seemed to be drilling/furniture moves in the room above. Understandable but frustrating. Toilet didn’t flush too well and the light in the bathroom wasn’t working either. Individually these issues are fine but combined they’ve made me decide to stay elsewhere when back in Maidstone.

Pros:

From the second I arrived very friendly staff assisted with check and also provided assistance with a rather unusual item I was carrying. Much appreciated.
The room was perfect and the food at our reunion was exceptional, I really mean that it was perfect.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and staff even assisted with the transport of my large item to my car, couldn’t have asked for more.
The whole experience after 4 hours on the road was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing!

Pros:

Pleasant stay

Cons:

Didn't realise breakfast stopped serving at 9am during the week so missed a breakfast I'd already paid for.

Not a plush hotel but very functional for a few night’s stay
Pros:

Good breakfast which was fully self service but that was fine for us

Cons:

No warning from the hotel that you did not have to pay for the car parking at the weekend. Quite a few guests paid after missing the small print on the parking signs.
