Le prix du parking. La prise d'alimentation électrique arrachée du mur..le prix le + cher en sicile a cette époque.. le danger pour aller en ville, ou a la voiture, pas de trottoir.

Great location and one lovely receptionist, but poor cleanliness, no Wi-Fi, and inconsistent service
Pros:

One of the receptionists was incredibly helpful and so sweet. The AC worked well, and the sea views from the property are beautiful.

Cons:

There was no Wi-Fi the entire stay. The other receptionist was unhelpful. I had no phone service, so I asked her for Wi-Fi help and for toilet paper and other supplies, since the room had none and hadn't been cleaned. She said okay, but nothing happened. When I came back down to ask again, she was on her phone watching TV with another staff member. The bed had hair in it when we arrived, and the bedspread was stained. The glassware and dishes were dirty. The room was dusty enough that our noses were stuffy the whole time, and we found particles in our drinking water. The pillows are small, so you'll definitely need more than one.

Разочароващ престой — не бихме повторили.

В продължение на две нощи не успяхме да се наспим заради постоянния шум от преминаващите влакове и автомобили. Шумоизолацията е изключително лоша. Банята на съседната стая се намираше непосредствено до леглото ни и чувахме абсолютно всичко, което се случваше там през нощта. Усещането беше, че хората са в нашата стая.

Още тази сутрин съобщихме за проблема на рецепцията.

Друг сериозен недостатък е местоположението. Хотелът се намира извън Мацаро, а придвижването пеша по натоварения път е опасно и неприятно. За гости без автомобил това е съществен проблем, който трябва да се има предвид при резервация.

За нас почивката означава и възможност да спим спокойно. За съжаление, тук това се оказа невъзможно. Препоръчваме на бъдещите гости внимателно да обмислят тези недостатъци, преди да резервират.

Ubytování bylo relativně čisté.

Cons:

Velmi mizerný stav hotelu, kupříkladu mi první večer spadl zatemňovací závěs na balkón a nikdo ae za 4 dny neobtěžoval s tím nic dělat. Nepohodlné postele a polštáře, nabídka restaurace byla vyloženě k pláči za ceny, které při kvalitě hotelu musel vymýšlet hodně arogantní idiot. Opravdu nedoporučuju tuhle rozpadající se díru nikomu se sebeúctou. Jako bonus v hotelu nefunguje wifi, pouze na recepci. Nikdo to neřeši. Ideální řešení je strhnout ten hotel a prodat pozemek někomu, kdo to bude myslet vážně.

Przeciętny hotel z pięknym widokiem na morze i problematycznym dojazdem (bez samochodu).
Pros:

Przepiękny widok z okna na morze i na wybrzeże zarówno Sycylii, jak i Kalabrii.

Cons:

Problemem było dotarcie do hotelu i brak wskazówek, jak się tam dostać bez samochodu (przyjechałyśmy autobusem z Syrakuz z przesiadką w Katanii). Wystarczyło napisać, że trzeba dojechać do dworca autobusowego na górnym piętrze Taorminy, a następnie zjechać na dół miejskim autobusem. Szłyśmy z walizkami bardzo ruchliwą, wąską drogą przez jakieś 2 km. Panie w recepcji nie były w stanie udzielić informacji na temat komunikacji miejskiej w okolicy. Widocznie goście tego hotelu poruszają się wyłącznie samochodami lub taksówkami. Tę ostatnią opcję poradzono nam, jako sposób dotarcia na dworzec kolejowy (20 euro) i uprzejmie zamówiono taksówkę. Jeśli chodzi o sam pokój - w porządku, miał bardzo duży balkon z przepięknym widokiem na morze i to jest wielki atut tego hotelu (nie jest to jednak widok na Isolę Bellę). Łazienka wymagała lekkiej renowacji. Była tylko letnia woda, a wieczorami i rano było już chłodno (październik). Największy problem stanowiły koce, których stan nie wskazywał na to, że byłyśmy w 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu. Na szczęście poradziliśmy sobie bez nich. I jeszcze drobiazg - jedyne większe lustro zastawiono telewizorem :)

Dåligt städat rum. Hemskt dåliga och stenhårda sängar!
Den ena hade trasig resårbotten, men då jag bodde själv så kunde jag byta till den andra sängen..
Ligger lite otillgängligt till.
