distance from car to room a bit far. breakfast and room was good
Pros:

Room was neat / clean
Confusing with where we were as it is a large accommodation house .Difficult with parking not near to our room as we were 3 people with cases , that needed to find our room late in the evening . All the floors look the same , maybe consider better signage and change of colour for each floor

Cons:

it had all we required for our stay . well priced . price also included a large breakfast which we enjoyed .

Centrally located, comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast.
Pros:

Clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed and all the basic amenities. Central location- walk to everything in town. Breakfast was pretty standard with hot and cold offerings. Plenty of parking available.

Ok first off we had booked wrong Distinction we arrived at distinction hotel and villas where the function for sir Richard Hayes we were to attend. On realisation we not booked at it a phone conversation between both hotels and we were swopped . WHAT AMAZING STAFF TO HAVE DONE THAT FOR US NO EFFORT JUST OVERALL WELCOME FRIENDLINESS AND HAPPY TO ASSIST

Location - breakfast in the hotel was too en masse with the tour group. Breakfast in the restaurant was a little better though the self serve area could do with better quality food. It was just ok

Cons:

The floors that were stripped of carpet. It was not a good feel to walk on old glue of the ripped out carpets. I expected the food quality to be better than what was served.

Pros:

Great location and super lovely staff. Breakfast included was delicious and great but sensitive shower.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit run down and our bed "sunk" in the middle, slightly uncomfortable. Price quite steep for the "off" season for what we received.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to everything. Tours to Milford sound and the glow worm caves are a very short walk down the street. Loved that breakfast was included and all the staff were great. Clean, cosy rooms and there's a laundry facility as well. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty good all round
Pros:

Great breakfast first morning. Reception said it was until 11. But the second day the restaurant told us the kitchen was closing at 9.

Didn't get our room serviced
