Pros:

Great customer service. Lovely restaurant. The meal was amazing. Our room was lovely and clean. Great beds. Huge shower and ample hot water.

Cons:

No microwave in room.

Average hotel not worth the price
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Very tired and run down.
Mattress was thin and could feel springs.
Could hear the plumbing from next door.
No microwave or any cutlery at all.
Wasn’t able to even order bar snacks without a reservation in the restaurant

Was amazing, would stay here again ☺️
Pros:

Reception was very welcoming and good communication. The room was clean and tidy with the basic amenities (as described). Good location as it isn’t in the hustle and bustle of town and we liked that. Facilities were good.

Cons:

If there were more parks outside the back rooms. I know there’s parks on the property, you could potentially park in another place.

Very disappointed, NOT a resort style experience at all.

Location was OK, entrance & reception looked resort style.

Cons:

Definitely cleanliness of room, especially the bathroom area, mouldy grout on the shower walls as well as a grubby shower head & door frame. Window ledge in bathroom peeling paint & mouldy, hand basin grubby, hand towel ring dangerous with what looks like peeling metal. Mattresses were hard plus one bed valance was broken on the corner. No where to fill jug for hot water except the sink in the bathroom next to the toilet, unsanitary. Have taken photos of all the above defects.
