Pros:

Our family had not been feeling well, and it was great to check in promptly and relax in a warm comfortable room. Didnt try dinner or breakfast at the hotel, however, will try next time. Kids enjoyed the bath.

Was ok but wont return to this place

Cons:

The room itself was okay, but there were no bathroom slippers provided. No drinking water was provided either, which I believe should be a basic amenity, especially for guests staying overnight. Overall, the stay was not as comfortable as we had expected, and these small things would have made a big difference. 😬

Pros:

The location was quite good just across the road from Lake Taupo. The price was good.

Cons:

The rooms were small and the bathrooms were tiny and extremely cold especially if visiting in winter.

Comfy and great value for money
Pros:

I like my stay it was warm and cozy once the heat pump was on obviously it was pretty cold due to weather but very cozy when u had been in there for a few minutes bed was good clean

Cons:

The only thing that I did notice was when most rooms were occupied being the one above me for example I could actually hear them going to the toilet like as if they were in the next room that’s how much u could hear them up stairs now other then that everything was good

Great value for money
Pros:

The location, the views and the staff were great. Good value for money for a basic studio room. Room size was pretty good too.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and had indents were people had laid, was really dusty underneath the beds. The shower door was mouldy but everything else was clean and tidy.
