Pros:

The staff were awesome. Great customer service from reception and restaurant. Wonderful also to come back after a long day to find that our room had been serviced as we weren’t expecting it.

Cons:

Mould smell in the room. Very disappointing. I would fix this asap as it is very unhealthy. Normally we would request another room.

Pros:

Messaged the motel in the afternoon to explain our ferry was delayed due to the weather and we would be arriving very late. They replied with check in information and made the arrival very easy (despite the extremely late arrival).

Fully recommend for families and people coming off late ferry
Pros:

Loads of parking and very spacious unit for 6 guests

Cons:

Would be good to have a toaster or small area to cook. Other than that all was great

Wasn’t particularly clean, dust/hair on surfaces. Furniture was worn, chipped and looked grubby, for some unknown reason door mats were used as mats on top of furniture.
Safety bolt lock on sliding door was broken.
Overall felt grubby - really needs financial investment to up the standard.
