Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.

Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.

Really good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were taking part in the Lake Garda 42. We were a group of 6. Our room was excellent - it was spacious, modern and clean, with a small balcony with two chairs. The only slight negative was the size of the shower cubicle which was curved so slightly too small for someone as large as myself. The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods (pastries were amazing). The hotel also had parking and access to the lake side via short path. The centre of Riva was nearby and there was a really good gelateria outside the hotel. Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend it.

Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

Für Riva del Garda unsere Erste Adresse
Pros:

Frühstücksangebot sehr gut, Aussenpool und Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Zimmer gepflegt und sauber, wie das ganze Hotel.
Für uns war die Lage einfach genau richtig.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Grundsätzlich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Einzelzimmer war eher ein Zusatzzimmer für ein Kind. Natürliche Belichtung des Zimmers durch die davorliegende Fluchtstiege sehr mangelhaft. Personal sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich sehr sauberes Hotel.
Spülung etc. aus den anderen angrenzenden Zimmer sehr laut zu hören.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für meine gewählte Zimmerkategorie ist Ausbaufähig. Ein 80*190 Bett ist doch sehr klein und entspricht nicht wirklich dem eines Erwachsenen-Einzelzimmers. Außerdem sollte immer uneingeschränkte ausreichende natürliche Belichtung vorhanden sein, was in meinem Zimmer nicht war!

Hotel mit Top Ausstattung in fantastischer Lage

Lage, Konfott, Ausstattung, Personal waren top. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war entdprechend der Lage und Ausstattung nicht zu zoppen

Sehr nettes Personal. Modern eingerichtetes, elegantes Hotel mit schönem Garten und Außenpool. Ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Bei Abreise gibt es noch ein kleines Essenspaket. Parkplätze direkt auf dem Hotelvorplatz oder in der Tiefgarage ausreichend vorhanden. Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber nur einen kurzen Weg vom See entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum und viele Restaurants.
