Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.

Please note that the pool is open from 15 May until 30 September.

Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.

For reservations of more than 2 rooms, immediate payment is required and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations cannot be changed or canceled.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Exceptional service, clean rooms and outstanding spa!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff who were making us drinks and food to a high standard! The spa was exceptional and think more promotion and mention of these facilities should be made at check in; my mother and I had a spa session and massages and we loved it so much! We will be back again, really can’t give any fault other than the single rooms we booked were incredibly small; we will get bigger rooms next time!!

The size of the single rooms but that was our fault choosing them.

A great place to explore Lake Garda by bike
Pros:

Really loved this place! The yard feels like a small botanical garden — super green, peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time here!

Gut durchdachte Zimmeraufteilung.
Wurden kostenlos geupdated auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon seitlich statt zur Straßenseite.
Große Frühstücksauswahl. Eier wurden beliebig auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.
Schön angelegter Garten mit Pool und eigenem Weg zum See.
Super Service, auch am Pool wurde man mit Getränken und Snacks versorgt.
Wellnessbereich klein aber fein. Hatten ihn sogar ganz für uns alleine.
Für die Heimreise bekamen wir sogar ein kleines Essenspaket ausgehändigt.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Lage Top , kurze Wege bis zum Strand - Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück top.

Cons:

Lage fast an der Strasse sehr laut, besser Zimmer zu Pool buchen. Servispersonal begann schon nach 6 Uhr30 mit Entsorgung von Leergut. Warum auch immer???

Tolles Hotel mit spektakulären Blick auf die Burg, direkt am Fluss.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Pool ist ein Traum, ebenso die Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Burganlage.

Cons:

Man sollte bei der Buchung bedenken, dass dieses wunderschöne Hotel direkt an einem Fluss liegt. Dieser sorgt für dauerhafte Geräusche.
