Pros:

The rooms are spacious, toiletries and tea-making facilities are very good, and the free laundry room is a bonus. Staff are very good about storing bags.

The higher rooms have better outlooks but don't expect a view.

Pros:

Location was very close for our needs.
Parking was very handy.
Room service was great value.

Cons:

The shower mix was too hot, no cold water in the mix. Known fault on Level 6.
Had to change rooms, moved to Level 5.
No air-conditioning.
