The Kelvin is right in the City Centre. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and movies. The staff was very accommodating and friendly
I needed to heat something up and there were no microwave
The stay was extremely disappointing. I arrived quite late on the night of my stay, around 22:30. I called to inform them of my check-in time and asked about the parking space. I hoped someone would inform me when I could check in. As a result, the front desk only told me to park on the opposite side. They didn't specify exactly where, which led to me receiving a ticket the next morning. After reporting it to the hotel, the hotel said the front desk was certain that they had indicated the parking location to me. I don't know who was lying. I hope that future guests staying at this hotel will be cautious. Very unhappy.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. It had everything we needed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the mall, so everything was easily accessible. It was also very affordable and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
