Well located, generally everything in place, staff helpful, extra touches well done….an 8 out of 10 property, which is good for me. In 50 years of international travel, I have rated only four hotels (out of humdreds) 9.0, and thus 8.0 is good!
The screening of light into the room has been looked at and some work done, but some more is needed
We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival and were able to get into our room slightly early, we stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious and we had a large balcony. The staff were lovely, the bed really comfortable and the morning croissants we were able to grab on our way out for the day was appreciated, the sparkling water on tap was also a bonus. We also made use of the laundry.
We caught the train to Milan Centrale and took the short walk to the hotel, on returning to the airport we took a bus from outside the train station. Central Milan was a short train ride away. There were plenty of eating places close by and a couple of supermarkets if you wanted to make use of the kitchenette in the room. It was also within walking distance to the metro.
Overall it was a great stay.
Nothing
A 10-15 minute walk from Milano Centrale means that you are removed from most of the tourist traps. It was east to find this small hotel. The welcome was warm and efficient. I see one reviewer complained about being asked when you intend to check out. It didn’t offend me at all and it does allow them to plan. It also allows a conversation as to how to manage an early check out if you are leaving before reception arrives.
This hotel does not have a 24 hour reception so if this is important to you then this place it not for you. We chose an executive room and really enjoyed the extra space and comfortable. We would certainly return here if we were staying for a longer time as the space and kitchen area allows a good amount of comfort.
We also appreciated the basement laundry which you buy tokens for at reception. We stayed here immediately after a long haul flight so we were able to get all our travelling clothes laundered so we were fresh for our next journey.
The concierge made a great evening restaurant recommendation. We used the water supply and coffee machine in reception and both were well appreciated.

Fabulous spacious apartment and the staff are fantastic. Diego was super helpful and welcoming and we were hugely surprised when he offered us a free early check in at 9am which was a godsend after the long flight. Location super hand to centrale train station and 2 other Metro stations within 10 minutes easy walk.
Great location for a city visit and train day trips. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable and nicely decorated. Great pre-visit comms. Great to have simple kitchen facilities.
Only one slight, very small thing is that reception closes at 8pm - they send instructions to get after that time.
We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night, we thought the property was well located (within walking distance from Milano Centrale). Very clean, spacious and nice. They had a really nice coffee machine as well as flexible check out, which made our experience significantly better! We would definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed the experience. We had a kitchenette which has was well stocked. Loved the coffee at reception! Gym area well done, and laundry on site very appreciated. Convenient to public transportation and staff really helpful with instructions and directions.
