This was my second stay here and aside from the little issue with early check in caused by me booking only hours before my arrival, everything else was just perfect. Spacious room, super clean bathroom and very central location. Quiet neighborhood and about a 30 minute walk to duomo… the manager and the receptionist were extremely helpful and kind. Loved it .

We stayed at Residenza delle Città for our trip to the Winter Olympics and couldn't have picked a better place to stay,
Our apartment on the ground floor was a great size and had everything that you could possibly need for s short break in the city.
All the staff including the manager were more than helpful throughout the stay, and always on hand to point you in the right direction if needed.
The extra little touches like the water refill and coffee machine (free) in the reception area, and having the bags looked after for free before we left, also added to the perfect stay.
The apartment is in easy reach of the main Milan Centrale Train station - 10-15 mins walk approx and the metro system is only 5 mins down the road that gets you all over Milan.

Coffee machine in the reception area was nice, the coffee was pretty good, my husband and parents also enjoyed the complimentary pastries (I'm celiac so I couldn't eat them), the room was spacious, clean and warm. The location is close to the train station, a supermarket, and a food market offering many food and drink options.

The location was perfect (super easy to get to from the Centrale station and many metro and tram stops close by). Facilities were spacious for two people and the coffee in the lobby was excellent! People working reception were very helpful!

Beautiful , clean and spacious apartments with all amenities at hand. Friendly and helpful staff. Super close to the metro, making moving around Milan so easy. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance .

A family of 3 generations travelling together; 4 adults and two young children. We were given two apartments on the same floor and across the corridor from each other. Check in was smooth, and the person very friendly. Water or free tea and coffee was available. The children especially liked the seating area and the bowl of sweets provided. A lift is also in the building and this was essential for us as we had many hold suitcases and carry on air bags as from Australia and touring Europe and UK for 5 weeks. The whole property exceeded our expectations from the very minute we walked in. Beautifully decorated and large, however, cosy feeling in the main entrance which is very eclectic and certainly adds to the feel of the place. Our rooms were large and we had a studio apartment and one where there was a kitchenette, 2 single beds and a double/queen bed behind a screened wall. Everything was spotlessly clean including the corridors. The rooms are silent and there are external shutters that operate with the press of a button to keep the apartments dark for sleeping. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance and one which is across the road and 50 metre walk is open for breakfast at 6am. The Residenza della Citta is very secure and in a safe area not far from the Central Station of Milan and within walking distance. We had a FABULOUS stay for just one night as we were flying out to Singapore the next day in the early afternoon. In the evening we walked to an Italian pizza and pasta restaurant with the 2 young children and all felt very safe in doing so. All of us including the children wished we had stayed for longer and we hope to return again in the future.
