Great location to highway travels

Cons:

Outdated. Bathtub was not satisfactory for the kids bath. Had to be covered each use. Room walls had damages/chippings. Not easy on the eyes.

This Comfort Inn and Suites was absolutely wonderful…!! The 5 nights that we stayed was so very relaxing and comfortable. Every employee was so very friendly and kind and willingly ready to answer any questions we could have haves. I’m going to name a few from the top of my head…, Mr. Nip & KP and there was more trust me…this old age stuff creeping up on me..Lol

manager was amazing, professional and friendly.
Pros:

breakfast was terrible everyone was complaining. sausage and whatever egg was served the enter of my stay. I complained and the receptionist was like this is all we serve and they don't have anything else. the only thing that was good was the waffles. sausage was over microwaved , it was so hard that we refused to eat it and l brought the receptionist attention but nothing was done about it.

Cons:

the entire breakfast during my stay. people were complaining as well.
the breakfast was terrible, sausage, and l can't tell if the eggs were fried for what. and that was the only thing we ask had for breakfast for the whole almost seven days. l asked the receptionist and she said that's all that they serve. and those sausage and whatever egg fried was not enough for everyone there, people were standing and waiting for the food. the sausage came and it was over microwaved it was so hard that we couldn't eat it l let the receptionist aware of it and of course nothing was gone. as were siting down eating, receptionist came to starts putting off the light. I told her to put the light back on and she said "breakfast ends at 9". and l was like even if people are still eating? this is terrible. and the hotel needs to let give the stuff some training under management and hospitality.

Good for one night stay
Pros:

Ladies at front desk were very nice.

Cons:

Room had mildew smell, no ventilation in bathroom creating excessive moisture and ac unit was not cooling properly.

A 10/10 experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean everything was. The lobby smelled amazing and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a great overall vibe.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and maintained up to the mark. Housekeeping and room service were excellent—they made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

There was no noise, making it a highly recommended place for a peaceful sleep. I would definitely say it was value for money.

The breakfast was served in a very clean and organized manner, maintaining hygiene protocols.

Also, the location of the hotel is perfect.

The Best Staff Ever!
Pros:

I don’t know where to begin. From start KP was very accommodating. Even when I’m wanted to switch rooms she’s didn’t hesitate. Mrs Kin was so sweet and kind to me and my children and she made she sure my room was clean after I left for work. Mr Nip breakfast was AMAZING. It’s definitely a must try!! The beds.. you fall straight to sleep. It’ll be the best sleep ever. I appreciate all the staff for being so amazing to my family.
