Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et gentil... Et ça change tout !

Cons:

La piscine était hors service. Choisir un hôtel pour ses équipements et ne pas y avoir accès est décevant.

Grande chambre et literie confortable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner : arrivés à 8h00 AM, il n'y avait plus rien. Heureusement qu'il y avait les waffles pour nous contenter. Aucun fruit.
La dame nous a quand même gentiment refait une omelette !

L'emplacement près des plantations. La chambre spacieuse et propre. Déjeuner correct pain de mie jus d'orange et machine pour faire des gaufres.

Cons:

Le décor n'est pas agréable à proximité d'une raffinerie de pétrole et d'une voie rapide.

Pros:

The young lady who was on duty when I checked in gave me outstanding customer service..She had all the right answers to my questions and directed me in the right directions.

Cons:

I am not able to get my money back from the extra day I paid for.. My event ended on Saturday, and I asked the male Saturday nite at 8pm and black female Sunday morning..I only got that they couldn't give me refund because of the 24hr cancelation policy and ask the manager if there was something he could do..The black female took my number and said she or the manager would give me a call..That call never came.
