Séjour d’une nuit pour un concert

Logement idéalement situé pour se rendre à pied au stade de France.

Cons:

L’accueil, 30 mn d’attente pour le Check in, personnel non formé. Des clients mécontents mais pas d’attention particulière, comme un sourire ou un rafraîchissement en attendant.

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, peu de choix, les plats chauds étaient froid.

À 20min à pied du stade de france mais ce n’est pas gênant car nous sommes beaucoup à rentré au même hôtel après le concert. Très jolies chambres !

We would not go back to this hotel
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very good, there was something for every taste. The service staff was very nice. Beds and room very clean and confortable. Room service staff extremely accommodating. Drinking fountain in the hallway.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. At first, we got a dirty and smoky room, and after complaining, a better one. They also wanted to charge us extra for breakfast, eventhough we paid it in advance. At Checkout we did not get a bill, I had to ask for it per email at home. Missunderstanding with not authorized credit card charges and not clearly epxlained where those charges came from gave me a sour memory. I hope a supervisor gives a better professional teaching to the team, because it is a Marriot and Marriot has a high standard and professionalism with it employees.
