Can't get anyone to FIX my situation only BLAME everyone else
Pros:

I tried to cancel my reservation and after talking to booking.com and the hotel calling 4 times I was still charged by the hotel for my stay. The only reason I booked was to attend a Cheer Competition that was cancelled so no reason to come with all the snow that was expected.

Cons:

I just wanted someone either the Manager at the hotel or booking.com to take ownership of the situation. Next time I won't book at this hotel directly OR booking.com this has been a really bad experience.

No need to stay here
Pros:

Walked in and there was an issue with the people checking in in front of me so that took a long time. Then we were supposed to have adjacent rooms (I had called to request) and she said one of them had been given away (how?) but she could get us on the same floor. It took forever to check us in.
We entered the room and it was spacious. They had given us a disability room (Hope no one with a disability needed it). Went to use the toilet and the girls freaked out because there was a stain that was orangish yellow on the ground. I told the it looked like the toilet had leaked….hope that was true. My husband went to use the shower and couldn’t turn it on and when he finally did figure it out there was no water pressure. My mom said there was no pressure in her room too. The girls found hair on their bed so they were grossed out.
Breakfast was heinous. There was an older woman who worked there who seemed as though she hated her job and yelled at someone. The food was abysmal and we actually laughed about how bad it was. The eggs were sooooo rubbery lololol

Worth Staying At
Pros:

Stayed with the Springhill Suites during the snow storm of Jan 2026 for business. When checking in, Vivian at the Front Deak assisted myself along with the rest of my Team. She was very helpful and friendly and kept what im sure was a bit of chaos running very smoothly. I would definitely return thanks to her, was nice to be remembered off of one interaction. The hotel room itself was comfortable. The continental breakfast was also very good and well set up.
