Last resort kind of place.

We will not be booking with this location again, manager was rude and refused to give me a receipt

Breakfast was very good and plenty to chose from

Cons:

Elevator was broken, only had one working. TV in room did not work and they did not comp me for this inconvenience. Had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot , we rented the room was this not enough but had to pay to park at the hotel you rented the room from. Lobby was very warm and the lobby bathrooms felt like a sauna.There were no soft drinks of any kind to purchase in the food area of the lobby. Poorly stocked

Good location, walk in shower, comfortable bed, very friendly staff

Cons:

Pool was closed down, for to “Maintenance issue”. There was some type of food near the edge of the bed on the floor.

Great place to relax and chill
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Victoria on the front desk was a delight and Keisha who looked after us at the bar both nights was exceptional. Both do friendly and accomodating

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. Disappointing the pool was out of action while we were there

Quick weekend getaway.
Pros:

Was greeted by staff with a smile. Check in was fairly quick. The rooms were clean, but there was a musty smell. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn't work so we had to go to other floors for ice.
