Disappointing stay
Pros:

Conveniently located to my families home which is the reason for our stays.

Cons:

Elevators not kept clean. No hooks to hang bath towels in the bathroom. One of the two parking lot lights was out making the area dark.

If I need somewhere to stay, this will be my LAST resort.
Pros:

Parking was always available.

Cons:

Staff was rude and lazy. If you want anything you’d have to grab it yourself (towels, linen etc).. breakfast was terrible and dry. Not a decent selection of food. Hardly any fruit options the orange and apple juice was extremely bitter

It was a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

The staff was great, breakfast attendant had everything stocked up and fresh and was very nice. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the AC worked great.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was there were some ants in the rooms, but that’s expected this time of year, so no big deal.

Comfortable as usual.
Pros:

Everything was great as usual. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express because we know it will be clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts are wonderful. The only criticism of this one was that it was in a kind of so so location. Kind of in an industrial park. No problems, just not a great location. However, it was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a funeral, and the hotel was very close to the church were it was taking place. Also, it was quite close to downtown St. Charles which is a very nice, quaint little shopping district. So, all-in-all, it was a good stay.

Good overall. Price was high for the area. Breakfast was great. Dining area needs swept under tables

Cons:

Front desk lady was a little disorganized and loud. Need to have coffee in the rooms. Bad people hanging around outside. Need security.

Id definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good!! Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The bed was comfortable and I loved how dark the room was with the curtains shut.

Cons:

The pool water was a bit gloomy and the pool room had no air conditioning, it was 96 degrees in there.
