It was perfect for our one night trip.
Pros:

Price and location and ability to have 2 rooms together.

Cons:

Ceilings were covered in leaky water spots, dead bugs on floor, someone came to install locks on the windows minutes after we arrived.

We were overall pleased with our stay.
Pros:

The room was nice, we liked the breakfast, workout room, and pool.

Cons:

It was odd that no one attended to our room at all while we were at the hotel. It would have been nice to have someone at least take out the trash.

Pros:

An attempt was made to correct the first night defiencies.

Cons:

The first night was miserable, and we were hot. I was told by the clerk at the front desk to unplug the A/C unit because she didn't know how to adjust the temperature in the room. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and our food spoiled. My wife stated that the floor was not very clean.

The location was nice.

Cons:

Rude manager on duty. No customer service skills - yelled at people to get away from entry door sensor and then was rude the next morning when u inquired about checking out. Was time if I had rewards and checked my email then I wouldn’t have had to ask. I don’t have rewards through them so I just tossed my keys in the counter in front of her.

Pretty terrible experience.
Pros:

The location was nearby our family that we were visiting. I like that the rooms have small kitchenette areas.

Cons:

When we checked in there was a constant beeping in our room and the TV remotes didn't have batteries. I alerted the staff to these issues. Then, we used the kitchen sink and it started leaking all over the floor. When I notified staff of this additional problem they offered to give us a room of lesser value than what we booked. After finally agreeing to move us to another "like room" the next room did not have a working A/C unit. They moved us once again. While we ended up staying in the 3rd room, the room itself was not very clean. It had an odd odor to it. The A/C only worked sporadically. It would sometimes not work and get up 78 degrees in the room. The fridge had moisture in it due to condensation. They did not provide us with enough linen in the room. When we would ask for additional linen the staff were often rude and would still not give us enough linen. Anytime we had a request the staff would not bring things to our room. We would have to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby to get keys, linen, anything. At the provided breakfast the staff servicing the breakfast area were rude to people loudly complaining that they "hated when people left the serving spoon in the dish of food." The hot tub was out of service during our stay. Upon check out they did not have our printed receipt ready. The staff requested my email address and said they would email a statement within 10 minutes of our departure. A week later, I have still yet to receive the statement.

Pros:

The furniture was dirty and outdated and the breakfast was not great needed more food to choose from . It took some time to get in our room because the card wasn’t working
