Pros:

Really nothing

Cons:

The first room we were assigned to the A/C didn't work. We were moved to another room and it smelled like mold and mildew.

Breakfast on Saturday should be available earlier. We were not told where ice machine was, no vending machines available is not a very good thing. Wasn't even asked if I was a IHG member and I am!!

Cons:

Checked in, went to the room, smelled musty and was hot. The a/c was blowing hot air. It had MOLD all in the A/c unit. With no a/c in room, the lady gave us some fans and said she would call someone … family got too hot, and we told her it’s not going to work. She then said we can move to the other hotel of theirs ,the candlewood by IHG. It had no pool no breakfast.Two reason we even booked the holiday inn. She took off a whole $20 wow. Bad experience. Will never return.

Great staff. The staff here are wonderful. The new general manager let me know that they will soon be under a renovation which is needed. Can't wait to see the changes. I had a great stay.

I was very disappointed with the room, but I checked in after midnight and was too tired to ask for another room.
Pros:

The breakfast area was nice and the girl at the desk was very nice.

Cons:

The room they gave me wasn’t clean. The sheets were just thrown on and not tucked in, there was trash in the floor and desk, and there was only a small amount of toilet paper.
