DONT DO IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Pros:

At check in the rep had locks covering up his eyes and face very unprofessional and had no smile and negative attitude he didn't greet me when I walked in. I had to wait 10 minutes while he complained he was tired on the phone acting like my reservation i showed him hadn't come thru then he put me in a single bed instead of double the room smelt of old water had brown hair in the bathroom corner and something sticky on the floor. When I came down to get my room corrected he told me I should not have went thru booking because I was in a overflow room. I asked what the price for straight booking thru them he said 158 Ihe said booking gets cheap room your a,ig member you should have just came thru us I said i paid 172. Then it took a week for the extra charge to come off

Cons:

The rooms were dated and needed updating. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The water in the tub dripped continuously. The breakfast was basic and dried out. This location did not meet the usual Holiday Inn Express standards that we expected.

Overall stay was comfortable and checked off the majority why we stayed there.
Pros:

comfort and appearance, fresh ground coffee for breakfast was unique

Cons:

No Coffee in hotel room, Eggs for breakfast was unappealing, no place to socialize outside and smoke while sitting and relaxing.

Pros:

The location was very good where I needed to be within 7 minutes, the room was nice needs a upgrade look bad was a little uncomfortable it was okay way better than I have seen in the last Motel booking I had, wanted to get the same type of Motel didn't realize there were two different ones, next time I'll know to books the Holiday Inn hotel facility that's in the same area with the green lights LOL.

Cons:

The mattress was very uncomfortable, the chair head stains in it needs to be cleaned, bathtub was okay the bathroom sink had a crack in it needs to be repaired overall it was okay very better than I have seen before in other bookings., Just need a little upgrade. The price was very different between my checkout was a lot less than my online price hopefully that we can get that resolved. With booking.com
