Pros:

Ми були тут на початку сезону — і це був чудовий відпочинок. Сонечко світило, співали пташки, а вся територія нагадувала доглянуті сади: дуже зелено, чисто та затишно. З перших хвилин персонал зустрів нас дуже привітно та навіть запропонував покращений варіант номера, оскільки донька була на милицях. Нам підібрали житло, до якого було легко дістатися — це було дуже турботливо.
Ми орендували номер із двома спальнями, і в кожній був власний санвузол. Також у номері була кухня та окрема кімната для вечірніх розмов і відпочинку. Ліжка були дуже зручні, з хорошими матрацами. Під час заселення нам надали по одній ковдрі на ліжко, але після нашого прохання додаткові ковдри та подушки швидко принесли в номер.
Територія комплексу велика, дуже доглянута та має прекрасний вид на море й острови. Коли ми приїхали, працював лише один басейн, але біля нього було багато лежаків, усе було чисто й охайно.
Окремо хочеться відзначити ресторани — їжа була дуже смачна, а сервіс привітний і доброзичливий. Сніданки були хороші та різноманітні, хоча наступного разу хотілося б побачити ще більше локальних продуктів і місцевих страв.
У цілому ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком і з радістю повернулися б сюди ще раз.

Cons:

Що мені не дуже сподобалося — я б, скоріше, сказала, що це більше побажання на майбутнє. Мені хотілося б, щоб на сніданках було більше фруктів та овочів із локального ринку. Ми були тут у квітні, і в цей період уже можна було знайти багато свіжих місцевих продуктів. Було б дуже приємно наступного разу мати можливість скуштувати на сніданок саме локальні фрукти та овочі, адже це додає особливого колориту відпочинку.
Ще один момент, який хотілося б покращити: у номері була кухня, що дуже зручно, але плита працювала досить повільно. Щоб нагріти воду чи щось приготувати на сковорідці, потрібно було витрачати багато часу. Було б чудово, якби в майбутньому це вдосконалили.
Також для такої великої території було б дуже зручно мати пральню, куди гості могли б здати речі для прання. У нашому номері пральної машини не було, тому така можливість була б справді корисною, особливо для сімейного або тривалого відпочинку.

Very clean. Kind staff. Solid food. Great restaurants on site.

Cons:

Many things were broken or blocked off for private parties. Hammam out of order, experience showers in spa out of order, 1 pool closed for season and 2 blocked off for private event. Aromatherapy sauna and steam room had no aromatherapy. Just regular sauna and steam room. Gym was great but no sanitizing wipes or towels. Wondering how often it was cleaned or maintained since only saw one staff there operating the rental desk and no cleaners.

Breakfast was good but not great like reviews suggested.

Het had het potentieel om heel goed te zijn maar het was het net niet. Bij het ontbijt vb werd niet alles tijdig aangevuld, je kon je een eitje laten bakken maar er hing nog slijm op. Het potentieel was er, maar het werd niet waargemaakt

Très bel établissement, avec un service de qualité.
Pros:

L’établissement était d’une grande qualité, les infrastructures étaient de qualité, le service également. Tout le monde est au petit soin pour vous. Il y a tout ce que l’on cherche pour des vacances idéales: piscine intérieure, spa, bord de plage, chambre, bar. Notre chambre était immense, c’était un appartement entier. Un grand choix pour le petit déjeuner, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Le seul bémol serait les prix… nous avons voulu manger dans les restaurants de l’hôtel et les prix sont très élevés! Nous avons finalement fait à manger dans notre appartement, dommage nous aurions préféré profiter plus des extérieurs!

Pros:

Very good staff. Excellent view for sunset, and good SPA, pools and beach. Big room, it has 3 bathrooms.

Cons:

Furnitures and facility inside the room a bit out of date. But it was fine. We found cimicidae on our curtain, maybe came from balcony. But apart from that everything was super clean.
