The breakfasts were excellent—truly delicious, with a great variety of choices. We also really liked our room. It was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping was excellent. We would also like to compliment your friendly and welcoming staff.

I can't comment on the swimming pools, as we didn't use them. Every morning we went straight to the beach.

However, there are a few things that I believe deserve your attention, as they significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel.

The first and most important issue is the cleanliness of the beach. Almost every morning, when we arrived, it was obvious that the beach had not been cleaned. Towels were left on the sunbeds, and there was litter from the previous evening still lying around. This created a very unpleasant impression and did not match the standard of the hotel.

The second major issue is safety. Even with a light wind, the sunbeds were blown across the beach. During our stay, this actually happened, and they could easily have injured someone. I believe this is something that should be addressed as soon as possible.

Finally, I would like to mention the main bar. One evening we ordered two different cocktails, but unfortunately neither of them resembled the classic versions of those cocktails. They did not meet the generally accepted standards, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this level.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation. That is exactly why I wanted to share these comments. I hope they will be helpful, as addressing these issues would make the guest experience even better.

Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, cheio de opçoes de alimentação, praia confortável, piscinas boas, serviço excelente.

Cons:

A 20 minutos da cidade, mas não atrapalhou. A praia do hotel compensa!

Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings
Pros:

We stayed in a two bedroom residence and it was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. A real home from home. The setting of the hotel is stunning, we found the adult pool very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. The staff in reception and the restaurants were all friendly, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The steps are quite difficult if you are older going up and down to the residences to the pool. There are lots of them, however this makes the views even more breath taking.

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je izvrsno iskustvo.
Pros:

Doručak je bio vrhunski, lokacija prekrasna, mirna, očaravajuća. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, profesionalno i nasmijano. Hrana je bila izvrsna i raznolika. Posebno smo uživali u opuštajućoj atmosferi i osjećaju da je gost uvijek na prvom mjestu.
Ono što ovaj hotel posebno izdvaja je iznimna razina gostoprimstva.
Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji traže vrhunsku uslugu, besprijekornu čistoću i predivnu lokaciju.
Hvala cijelom timu na prekrasnom gostoprimstvu, rado ćemo se ponovno vratiti!

Pros:

L'hôtel est incroyable. Une vue sublime , depaysante, une superbe plage , de belles piscines qui nous permettent de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. La chambre ( suite ) était très propre , grande et avec magnifique vue mer. Les restaurants sont très bons ( quoique chers mais nous sommes dans un 5 étoiles ) et les serveurs avenants . Nous avons testé le spa très bien aussi. L'hôtel était bien mieux que sur les photos . Une petite attention nous attendait dans notre suite pour nos 10 ans de Mariage. Un grand merci.

Cons:

A 600€ la nuit forcément nous sommes plus exigeant qu'à l' accoutumée .. il ne me paraît pas normal de facturer 21€ pour amener le petit déjeuner en chambre sachant que celui ci est déjà inclus dans la réservation . De plus , l'hôtel ne met à disposition qu'une seule bouteille d'eau pour tout le séjour, ce qui implique d'en acheter tous les jours.. pour un hôtel de ce standing c'est moyen.
Heureusement ces points négatifs ont été gommés car quand j'en ai fais part à la conciergies ils ne m'ont pas compté l'eau du mini bar . J'ai trouvé ce geste très appréciable ainsi que la proposition du petit déjeuner sur le rooftop le dernier jour .
