- الخدمة بطيئة جداً جداً
- تجاوب الموظفين يكاد يكون معدوم او بطيء جداً
- الثلاجة ما تبرّد و طلبنا من الموظفين تغييرها و قالوا تمام و لكن محد بدلها
- الرائحة في الفندق بشكل عام سيئة جداً جداً (رائحة طبخ و رائحة دخان)
- البطاقة تحتاج تفعيل يومياً عشان باب الغرفة ينفتح
- الفطور سيء جداً و سعره غير مقبول وغير متنوع
- ريحة المطبخ توصل لاخر طابق
- الابجورة موجودة ولكن مافيها لمبة !!!

استطيع اقرل انه عادى ، لم استمتع جيدا والمره القادمه سأجرب فندق اخر

حمام السباحه صغير وليس عميق ، ضوضاء بسبب النايت كلوب طوال الليل وتصل الضوضاء الغرف ، ممنوع الجلوس بعد 12 على حمام السباحه حيث يجب دفع 10 ريال للدخول اخبرت موظف الاستقبال بانزعاجى لعدم وجود مكان للتدخين بعد 12 عشر حيث كنت اصعد سابقا للروف والان بعد 12 لكى ادخل يحب على دفع 10 ريال وقال ان هذا نظام الفندق وكان مدير الريسيبشن جالس ولم يتدخل او يعلق ،الشاشه فى الغرف قديمه وليست سمارت ولا يوجد بها قنوات كثيره ، شرفه الغرفه تطل ومقريبه جدا لمنى اخر لا يوجد فيو جميع الغرف ليس بها بانيو ، للاسف لن اجرب تجربتى لهذه الاسباب
