Not what it had been in the past
Pros:

Close to the hospital where we needed to be

Cons:

It felt like the sheets were not changed and there were no towels in the bathroom.
And the breakfast was not nearly what it was when we have stayed there before

Good price for a place to stay the night.

Not really happy
Pros:

I was there around 615. Eggs were already empty. Not much of a variety

Cons:

When I checked in the gentleman never greeted me. I had to ask the directions to my room. I had to ask what time breakfast started. When I checked out no one was around. I had to leave my key card in a cup on top of the desk. Anyone could take that key card and go to my room and cause damage.

Pros:

The location as good and my stay was good

Cons:

My wife stayed the next and she wasn’t happy the heater made a lot of noise and I she should get a free stay

Expected a better stay
Pros:

Hotel agreed to change our room after the room assigned was found in poor cony

Cons:

Room was not clean, noisy refrigerator and AC unit. Had to keep asking for clean towels and toiletries were not replaced

Pros:

Honestly, we were contacted on the day we were traveling to the hotel that they had no hot water and didn’t know when that would be resolved. This led us to scramble to book another hotel. We were able to but it was basically double the price. We booked it anyway. I’m still waiting for my refund for the booking

Maybe work on communication?
Pros:

Check in and out staff was exceptionally kind. Wish I got her name.

Cons:

Fire alarm started to go off at 11:00 pm. No one was evacuating so I called the desk and was told the manager has mistakenly set it off and it continued to go on and off for another 30 minutes. No one was going to let us know or offer an apology for the error.
