Time for updates and better lighting in the rooms. Stop using low light bulbs.

Same breakfast every single day and it was cold.
Time for an upgrade. I stayed in rm 123. Bathroom vanity wood chipping. Rm had very poor lighting. I requested not to be by ice machines. My room was right next to them. Hotel is very old. Front desk person many times wasn't there at night. I have safety issues about that. My key didn't work on the side door.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was very friendly & always said hello. The breakfast was good & there was hot coffee around the clock which was really nice. The location was nice, with a lot of things close by. Parking was nice as well.

Cons:

Duct taped lights, fridge didn't work, heating/cooling unit was extremely loud with rattling, dead flies, garbage wasn't emptied, no wifi or options for anything else other than cable, toilet paper holder broke & the sink drain wouldn't stay up for water to go down. The pool was closed, which was the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place because my children begged for a place with a pool for this trip. Although not the staff's fault, it was annoying.

Not what it had been in the past
Pros:

Close to the hospital where we needed to be

Cons:

It felt like the sheets were not changed and there were no towels in the bathroom.
And the breakfast was not nearly what it was when we have stayed there before
