Nothing!
there were no forks for breakfast, the parking lot was being revealed so they wouldn't allow us to park on the hotels property but in a back lot not attached which they didnt tell us until after we checked in. The ac was loud, the beds uncomfortable, and had to go back down to the front desk twice and my key card wouldn't work.
Not happy no guess laundry and the prices to high small rooms
The AC in the room was on but it was broken
Called the front desk and was told nothing could be done
So I had to cover the ac unit with pillows and a blanket
The room was freezing
Breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.
The room had ongoing maintenance with the blackouts. It was managed, but only after we asked for a solution.
Location was great for our adventures while in Rochester….Strong Museum of Play and Seneca Park Zoo.
Pool area could have been a little cleaner but the fact that it was indoors was great.
The location was great. The breakfast was good.
I reserved my room a month early, and yet I waited 2 hours to check in because they couldn't fund find my reservation on their end of only through the booking. Com because their manager didn't do things correctly and cancel and change my old dates for the new ones.
The location was good for the purpose of my trip.
We received only one set of towels and when we requested fresh ones we were informed they were not available. The room was not cleaned and the bathroom had no tissues. We asked for them but never got them.
The location was convenient to events we were attending.
Unfortunately we were not aware that construction was happening every day, including Saturday, until 9 pm! Noise was untenable and we would have relocated if we were staying longer.
The breakfast bar had very good coffee.
Just about everything. The TV was inop for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Seems the remote didnt work or had dead batteries. We were informed that housekeeping only serviced the room every other day. Trash, towels, beds nothing. Actually we were told only after I complained. This is a Hilton owned hotel and we expected better than Red Roof Inn, but we're extremely disappointed. Carpets in the hallways were mildewed in areas
The chair at the desk in our unit looked as though someone had an accident in it. I could go on, but I think you get the drift. On our third night things were much better. The TV worked. Housekeeping serviced the room. But the first two nights more than deserve the poor review. There are better values out there than this older, poorly maintained hotel in a less than desirable area of Rochester. My new motto: Hampton Inn, never again. At least wise this one.
Very noisy
Kids playing in the halls and screaming shame on their parents and also the hotel stuff should check about kids playing in the halls
The noises that kids and some adults
