Alors comment vous dire quand vous arrivez le soir et que vous n'avez pas d'eau chaude vous le signaler donc normalement le lendemain cela devrait être résolu et bien non re réclamation réussi a avoir l'eau chaude le soir du lendemain et pour une semaine a l'hôtel 3 jours d'eau chaude juste pendant 1h c'est inadmissible pour le prix du séjour et pour info d'organisation pour une excursion une demande en début d'arriver qui aurait dû être faite aucune information a me donner je suis très déçu j'espère que vous allez en tenir et faire un geste commercial
