The AC was not working, the maintenance guy checked and confirmed it was faulty. I hardly got any sleep with the KL heat.

Was very upset with the staff who didn't give a Damm. Had to switch rooms.

The pillow in this hotel was hard as a rock.

It was a terrible experience except for the sink tape and camode everything else in the toilet was broken. The last day before I left to the airport I wanted to take a shower, the water was rusty dark brown in colour, even after 15 minutes of continously running the tap it did not change, I left the hotel not able to even wash my face. Terrible experience, I made a complaint to the receptionist who didn't give a dam, no apologies or anything just a ok. I was there only for the convenience of work and location would NEVER want stay ever again.
