Beautiful hotel, great staff..
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. We walked to the Old Town, the Bridge of Peace and the Meidan Bazar.
Staff were great especially Nika who was extremely attentive and accommodating. The lady who checked us in was rather curt but this was overshadowed by the overall niceness of everyone else.
My one grouse was that as we arrived a couple of hours before our check in time, we were not allowed to use the spa facilities. It would have been a good way to relax while we waited after an overnight flight. But they were adamant, which does not make sense at all.
We were allowed complimentary breakfast on arrival as we waited though, so that was also a plus.

В целом, очень неплохо.
Pros:

Прекрасный персонал. Каждый сотрудник, с которым мы общались, был вежлив и профессионален. Все просьбы выполнялись очень быстро.
Мы пьем кофе без кофеина и нам по первой просьбе заменили все капсулы для кофемашины на декаф через 10 минут - это очень приятно)
В СПА прекрасный массажист Моника, золотые руки.
Вид с верхних этажей отличный.
Отличный ресторан Filini, мы несколько раз там поужинали, и каждый раз был безупречным. Хороший, разнообразный завтрак.

Cons:

В номере немного потрепанная мебель, для премиум-номера пятизвездочного отеля хочется всё-таки, чтобы чистота и оборудование номера были соответствующими.

The view and location is amazing
Pros:

Friendly reception team. Wonderful view from the room. Amazing SPA on the 18th floor with the panoramic view. I liked the shower and bath in the bathroom. It was a v nice and pleasant stay. Fast wife.

Cons:

I wish there was a table lamp on the desk.

Outstanding
Pros:

Travelled to Georgia for the first time with my teen daughter and stayed here and WOW, it was perfect we loved it so much we plan to return in summer.

The staff (particularly the young guy who checked us in on front desk whose name i sadly didn’t get) were amazing and the best customer service we had anywhere in Tbilisi.

We ate twice at the Asian fusion restaurant it was so good, it’s also a good bar to have cocktails in the evening. The rooftop oxygen bar is brilliant too.

We visited the spa daily, the pool and sauna have amazing views over Tbilisi and is so relaxing after a day sightseeing.

We booked a high floor superior room and it was superb, waking up to amazing views every day.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, the location is ideal too.

Pros:

Персонал вежливый и всегда готовый помочь. Ребята на рецепшене и роом клиннинг маладцы. Вид из окна номера, особенно вечером, великолепен. Так-же хочу поблагодарить ребят из Oxigen bar и блока СПА. К сожалению это не относится персоналу ресторана Fellini.

Cons:

Ковролин в коредоре запачкан какао. Лейка в душе протекает. Интерьер номера был немного уставший.

Not worth the money, awful room service. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The pool and the ameneties were good.

Cons:

The housekeeping took our tea ceremony set from our room and broke it. The hotel offered us late checkout but the fact that we had to track down our tea cups and wait for the hotel staff to find them and to return them with a crack in it is deeply disappointing. The room was fine but there wasn’t enough conditioner. The room service was atrocious. They forgot about our soup and when confronted, after we were tired of waiting for 40 minutes, they just said, oh sorry we forgot, we can get the soup to you in another 15-20 minutes. I ordered coffee the next morning, they didn’t bother to bring it up at all. When you pay 550€ for 3 nights in a Radisson hotel you expect a much better stay.
