Pros:

Отличное местоположение

Cons:

Совсем нет полок для одежды, 4 плечика в номере и все, нет гигиенических принадлежностей, все приходится просить, хотя отель 5*. Завтраки на тройку, одно и тоже всю неделю с очень скудным выбором.

Improvements can be made
Pros:

The view of Tbilisi from the room was absolutely incredible. The bed was wide and very comfortable.
The spa was amazing, and the massage therapist Nini was wonderful - a true professional.
The hotel also prepared a birthday gift for me, and they responded quickly when I mentioned my wish in advance.

Cons:

To be honest, my stay did not fully meet my expectations. This did not feel like the level of Radisson I was expecting when I booked. In my opinion, panoramic windows - one of the hotel’s highlights - should be kept clean. The furniture in the room could also be updated.

Housekeeping seemed superficial - more about appearances than thorough cleaning. I left a small stain on the bed linen one day, and it was still there when I returned in the evening, which suggests the bed had not been changed.

Overall, the hotel could benefit from renovation, even the corridor carpets have noticeable stains.
In my opinion, Radisson is associated with a certain standard of quality and status, and currently the hotel does not match the price–quality ratio.

Cons:

Обслуживающий персонал по уборке номеров, пришлось 2 раза звонить чтоб принесли халат, зубные щетки и тапочки( благо знаем грузинский язык) а также белье постельное было серого цвета… жесть

服务人员热情、专业，需要帮助回应及时；景色非常棒，能看到圣三一教堂、河流及隔壁电报大楼；床品舒适，房间内有蓝牙音箱。

Cons:

全景房五段窗帘只能手动开闭，左边拉好右边又开了实在吃力，作为高端连锁品牌家居智能化待优化；外侧玻璃看上去很久没有清洁过；洗手间下水道有异味，打开洗手间门一下午回房后整个房间都是味道；浴缸不是很干净，沙发都是灰；酒店隔音一般，听得到主干道汽车行驶。

Excellent hotel clean and comfort rooms, wide and bug. Awesome view. We got 15th floor.
Sauna, Pool Gym, were great.

Rich and long breakfast till 11am.
Good location

We got the room at 1030 am rather than 1500, as it was ready. Great!
