Pros:

Good location for the nec

Cons:

Room was very small, no chairs to sit in, TV was dodgy, no teabags or milk, hairdryer didnt work, no extra pillows. The man on reception was not at all apologetic when I had to go and ask for teabags or milk. Now I know it was crufts and you hike your prices, but £332 was most certainly OTT for what you offer and we have been in hospitality for over 40 years. And to have go and ask for something as simple as milk and teabags is not on.

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered to check me in correctly, didn’t take the payment and then walked off, we just went to our rooms and were up early to work and had rude notes put through the door saying we haven’t bothered to pay,

I was then yelled at by the same receptionist who was rude the night before across the reception area stating I hadn’t paid, I explained she was rude and couldn’t be bothered with me and ignored me the day before so what did she expect! She didn’t take that well and was horrible to deal with, we just left

Staff, great, clean and tidy, nice size room only down side was the room heating system
Pros:

Great staff and breakfast was really good

Cons:

Couldn't turn the air conditioning/heating system off at all. Was either too hot or too cold.

Pros:

It was very close to nec and shopping/food outlet.

Cons:

The front desk was vacant both times i needed it. Up to a 10min wait for a staff member to arrive.

The only one thing I could think of is that the garlic bread ordered with dinner was like a frisby (really hard)

Another budget airport hotel…..
Pros:

Reasonably close to airport terminal - 10 minute walk

Cons:

Loose tiles on shower room floor
Generally felt a bit grubby - maybe because some works being undertaken
External board showed price considerably lower than paid
