Pros:

The hotel was excellent, nice room with walk in shower, big TV on the wall, tea and coffee facilities , and a great buffet breakfast, we went for the full English, but plenty of other choice if you fancy the healthy option, ta coffee, juice. The hotel was right outside the Birmingham international train station , which was inside a walk way ,a lift took you down to the ground below and it was a few minutes walk to the hotel.Our visit was to the BP pulse live to see a concert. It was just a walk to the venue back up in the lift by the train station , the same way we came and a covered walk right through to the venue until you came to the doors out into the street just outside the BP pulse live arena. Couldn't be easier. Will definitely come again.

walking distance to BP Pulse live and NEC
Pros:

i like how close it is to be bp pulse live and the NEC, it’s a short walk to both of these which is really good for Concerts or conventions

Cons:

the pillows are really small and flat so recommended bring extras if you plan on staying

Convinient, friendly staff, nice room
Pros:

Good location for BP Arena
Staff even gave directions to the arena
Reasonable restaurant
Hot drinks were pricey but good and served late
Staff were friendly

Cons:

The view is very industrial but that is to be expected by an airport

Great Location for Business Stay, but renovations to hotel are significant.
Pros:

Location to work and menu choice in the restaurant. The bathroom is very nicely laid out and good shower.

Cons:

I was only advised there would be renovations taking place after I'd booked and the renovations were significant, more than I had expected or pre-warned about. The hotel felt like it was having major surgery not just some maintenance work. Thankfully due to my early starts, any noise was when I wasnt there.
