Location to the airport, good sound proofing as never heard any noise from the trains , cars or planes even though close to them . rooms were adequate clean, comfortable , tv very large but good. due to upgrades a bit building work going on but didn't hinder anything and already known to us.
would have preferred an early check in as did arrive at 1 pm so had a snack in the bar area till 3 pm. I think i did try and book an early check in but could not. as already knew about building work it was a dislike but did restrict any eating areas possibly. cleaners were nice, there was boxes on the lift landing possibly from the building work not the best presentation.

The room was clean and the bathroom was modern & spotless
We couldn't get the room to warm up, the bathroom was freezing. The room sleeps 5 but once the sofa bed is down there's no room to walk about. The room was also only set up for 3 and there was 4 of us. Having said that they quickly brought further bedding . It served its purpose as we only needed it for 1 night for the airport
Great hotel close to the airport, perfect for a short stay before or after a flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the location is a big plus — just a 10-minute walk from the terminal. Friendly and helpful staff make the stay even better. Highly recommended for convenience and comfort.

Good standard that I would expect from a chain such as IBIS. Very convenient for the National Exhibition Centre.
Had to pay extra for parking. Could have done with information in room on breakfast times, WiFi etc..

The accommodation was very clean and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept really well and felt fully rested. The staff, including both reception and housekeeping, were all very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again. X x
