Easy 5 min walk to the mono rail for the airport, easy access to NEC and train station. It is through an industrial estate but it’s well sign posted and well lit, good toiletries in the room. Decent menu limited but decent food. Bar staff were very helpful with an odd request that saved me trying to find a 24hr shop.
A bit stingey with the tea and coffee supplies. Limited bar snacks and bits to buy for the room.
Parking on site which made it very convenient. We were going to an event at the NEC so it meant we could leave the car at the hotel and just walk - receptionist was very helpful when I asked how to get there. Rooms were very clean and great blackout curtains - not a single bit of light let in the morning! Air conditioning was also great as I had my daughter with me that's always very hot at night so this was very much needed for her to have a peaceful night's sleep. We had our evening meal in the onsite restaurant which was very good. We also had breakfast as well - a great range of options.
As I was travelling with my child, it would have been nice for there to be a sachet of hot chocolate in the room as an additional option to the coffee and tea. Also maybe a decaf tea as an option too as there was only decaf coffee. Other than that, all excellent.

Location was good for us, parking on site was a massive plus, the whole hotel smelt clean and trash.

Nothing to dislike. Just considerable staffing problems that let them down. Helen? On reception was outstanding though.
