Convenient stop over for early moring flight from Birmingham Airport
Pros:

Convenience for the airport. Friendly staff. Good bar area. Large room with comfortable bed. Well priced. Will definately use again.

Pros:

Close to nec very nice friendly staff very clean great value for money would go back

Cons:

Sink plug would not stay crown so could not fill sink and no maintenance man till the Monday Christmas channel did not work

Very nice hotel would recommend..
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast,choice of drinks was good food menu slightly restricted but ok nice staff nice lounge area bedroom nice and comfortable and quiet ..

Overall we were very happy with our stay and if ever back to the NEC we would chose the AC Marriot.
Pros:

Breakfast, Very Clean Room and washing facilities, comfort of the bed, a;lso we had an evening meal which was very good.

Cons:

The control of the heating in the room, too warm and the thermostate was'nt user friendly.

Pros:

The staff are exceptional, both receptionist, waitress at breakfast and the night barman.

Cons:

Expected it to be closer to nec, no signage, once you come out of the lift from the nec, going towards the hotel

Staff were unprofessional/untrained. Cooked breakfast was cold and shortage of items . Front desk not manned on leaving . Poor communication from staff .Disabled rooms to small to accolade wheelchair .

Pros:

Location to our venue and being able to park on site. Lovely clean and fresh facilities

Cons:

We had an extra bed in our room which wasn’t terrible but made moving around the space more restricted.
