Habitación con balcón que mira a una pared y si lo abres se entra todo el olor de la cocina

Estuvimos en dos habitaciones, la última noche estuvimos en una muy buena, pero para que nos pasaran tuvimos que quejarnos, no entiendo porque por el mismo precio tienen habitaciones de dos categorías tan distintas

Cons:

La habitación donde pasamos dos noches tenía un balcón que no se podía abrir ni usar porque entraba todo el olor de las cocinas del hotel y con un mar espectacular la vista era a una pared, para que balcón así? Cuando nos quejamos de que no se podía abrir y no había aire acondicionado en la habitación, entonces nos ofrecieron otra habitación con un balcón grande y vista al mar...

Great location on the water and nice room with a balcony. Great breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful location on the water, great breakfast and nice gym, pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated and there was heavy construction outside. We had to move rooms because of the noise and vibration from drilling.

Disappointed
Pros:

Was not expecting the poor service, room service came T 9:30 and when we told them we were still getting ready they went away and didn’t come back to make room up or tidy room even though we were out all day.

Was not expecting the lack of bottled drinking water which is usually complimentary We got one bottle which was never replaced had to go to the bar and pay for bottled water at €6 per bottle, which should have been free,

Also the hotel is built into the cliff with gate access to walkways and promenade, all of the entry buzzers were not working and we spent 20 minutes trying to get back into the hotel at 10pm . This is not the level of service I would expect, can’t fault the views but won’t be back
