Pros:

Proximity to highway , pleasant staff.

Cons:

Oder in the room,( disinfectant?)wet carpet in bedroom, damaged furniture surfaces not cleaned. Quality of breakfast very poor

Great trip, great front desk person and enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Annie was a great help and she made the trip amazing. Facility furniture needs some updates but overall good!

Cons:

No complaints but dusting inside of the rooms would be great. I’m tall and saw many surfaces full with dust.

Pros:

Cons:

Room were dirty and unavailable during check in time. Staff/ and management was rude. Fromt desk rep charged my card even after I already paid. Had to get police involved. Elevator broken on third floor. Have to use stairs

Pros:

The staff is amazing. From check in to check out everyone was helpful and friendly. Great pool hours.

Cons:

The TV in the rooms were small which isn’t a big deal. The key cards stop working occasionally but again that’s not a big deal because someone is always willing to help and it may have been because of my phone being near it

Staff was amazing.
Pros:

The front desk staff (Annie) went out of her way to address my concerns. She responded very quickly.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room-Long brown hairs on bathroom floor
Television- Had to receive help from front staff twice because it wouldn’t work
