To say the least it was a 5/10 I usually have a very peaceful stay but it was dissapointing this time..
Pros:

Was a very clean property and had a decent stay..

Cons:

Maintenance came and fully opened our door while we were asleep but we had the lock on so the door couldn’t fully open.., housekeeping persistently knocked on the door even when we didn’t answer the first time (not wanting to be bothered), we had loud noises above us all night.. was very noisy

There was a cockroach in the hotel room! I attempted to call booking to receive a refund and they were unavailable through the phone. Hotel was not able to issue a refund

Pros:

Convenient location for travel route

Cons:

Everything could have been done better. Room condition was rundown and filthy. Sheets soiled and thread bare. Furniture stained and ripped. Strong musty odor in lobby. Staff person at front desk apathetic and disinterested.

Good for one night’s stay

The bed was very comfortable

Location and room a/c and microwave. And there was an odd smell near pool and gym and heavy smell of marijuana.

Would not come again, very disappointed. Questioning staying in another one
Cons:

Group checked in at 6 - 3/4 rooms not cleaned, guest still staying in one
Rooms were run down, furniture missing knobs/ tore up, carpet not vacuumed all over, ice machine filters on - ice did not look good, would not put it in a drink. Very over priced. Guest had to keep asking to get stuff done.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Pros:

The eggs and sausage are always good. I would prefer some other yogurt choices; some plain Greek yogurt, rather than the sweetened stuff.
The coffee is good.

Cons:

Better yogurt choices. Less sweetened "yogurt" and more real Greek yogurt.

Pros:

I like that the breakfast is included

Cons:

I didn’t like that I reserved a room for 5 people with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed but the sofa bed was impossible to sleep the, it felt like at rack so we have to share one bed for 3 people so that’s not really good
