Good for one night’s stay
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Location and room a/c and microwave. And there was an odd smell near pool and gym and heavy smell of marijuana.

Would not come again, very disappointed. Questioning staying in another one
Cons:

Group checked in at 6 - 3/4 rooms not cleaned, guest still staying in one
Rooms were run down, furniture missing knobs/ tore up, carpet not vacuumed all over, ice machine filters on - ice did not look good, would not put it in a drink. Very over priced. Guest had to keep asking to get stuff done.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Pros:

The eggs and sausage are always good. I would prefer some other yogurt choices; some plain Greek yogurt, rather than the sweetened stuff.
The coffee is good.

Better yogurt choices. Less sweetened "yogurt" and more real Greek yogurt.

Pros:

I like that the breakfast is included

Cons:

I didn’t like that I reserved a room for 5 people with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed but the sofa bed was impossible to sleep the, it felt like at rack so we have to share one bed for 3 people so that’s not really good

Stay again, recommend to everyone.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was clean. Customer service was AAA++++! Staff is extraordinary!

Cons:

It was a bit of a drive from Richmond, but, traffic isn't an issue so it wasn't really a big issue.

A clean hotel with a very friendly staff.
Pros:

It was not on the main road. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The toilets are too low for the elderly to use and the pillows weren’t very good at all.

Coffee was really good

Cons:

Breakfast and room was across from elevators and the thing binged all night. Turn the bing off after 11 if your going to use that room. Use a light system instead.
