Staff and location was fine. Hotel should be considered a motel.

Loud noise all night. Room not clean. Smelled funny. Mold. Dirty socks that were not mine on the tv stand. Door lock didn’t work well.

Our stay was less than exceptional.
Pros:

The free cookies in the evening were yummy!! I liked that it had a continental breakfast.

Cons:

The pool area felt like a sauna to sit in while watching my daughter and I was sweating so badly. The bed was not super comfortable and my body aches upon waking up. The tv remote did not work.

Room smelled old, room was too dirty , used worn out mattress , spider webs , holes in sheets , bed was very itchy I had to sleep fully clothed, small bugs flying around , extremely dusty , bare minimum cleaning , flat pillows , near a plasma center , I did not sleep well

Pros:

The room with 2 comfy queen beds, a table and chair, srge tv, microwave and mini refrigerator was roomy and comfortable. The brightly lit mirror in the bathroom was great for use in putting on make-up! The hot breakfast with waffles and eggs was good.

Extremely disappointing stay due to rude staff, unsanitary conditions, and repeated issues that made our visit uncomfort

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff was incredibly rude throughout our visit, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. On multiple occasions, the water in our room was shut off while we were actively showering without any warning or communication. One time my fiancé was left covered in soap, and another time my child was as well.

In addition to that, the floors in our room were soaking wet underneath the air conditioner for the duration of our stay, creating both an uncomfortable and unsafe environment.

The cleanliness and sanitation issues were also unacceptable. We killed a cockroach inside our room, saw another in the hallway, and witnessed several cockroaches coming from the drains near the swimming pool area.

For the amount of money we spent on this stay, these conditions and the treatment we received were completely unacceptable. We are highly upset and feel that this experience fell far below what was advertised and expected. We would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and some form of compensation being considered for the issues we experienced.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will never stay at another one of your establishments again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending your properties to others

It had a smell, several actually. The facilities were run down. The phone was covered in something? Goose down pillows maybe? I'm not sure we all had to take allergy meds.

Pros:

My credit card was charged multiple times and over drafted my account. Now I am having to wait 5-7 days to get my refund which is ridiculous.
