Khách đến phải tự vác vali, tìm chỗ đậu xe, phòng ốc cũ kỹ, nhiều muỗi, ăn sáng đơn điệu, giá khá đắt so với các ks tiêu chuẩn 4 sao tại Đà Lạt.

Nicht wirklich Mường Thanh
Pros:

Das erste Zimmer, dass ich bekam, war unzumutbar. Das Personal war allerdings so nett, mir ein besseres Zimmer zu geben. Dieses war sehr schön, hatte sogar eine private Sauna, entspricht mit seiner Ausstattung allerdings nicht der Mường-Thanh-Kette. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle aber vor allem das freundliche Personal loben. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber ebenfalls nicht typisch für Mường Thanh.

Cons:

Der Name Mường Thanh weckt Erwartungen, die das Haus leider nicht erfüllen kann. Dazu ist es zu anders ausgestattet. Dank des sehr bemühten Personals sehe ich aber die Chancen, dass es sich entsprechend entwickeln wird.
