A complete disappointment
Cons:

We had high hopes upon check-in. The lobby was updated, modern, and
very clean, and our room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended.
The bathroom was essentially non-functional. The toilet would not flush—a
fact you unfortunately only discover after using it. Because we were staying
for just one night, changing rooms was impractical. As a result, we had to
get fully dressed at 5:00 AM and head down from the second floor just to
use the lobby restroom. On top of that, one of the two bathroom sinks
would not drain, forcing us to share the other.
Morning amenities were nonexistent: there wasn’t even coffee available for
purchase until 7:00 AM, so we had to walk to the gas station convenience
store on the corner at 6:15 AM just to get a cup.
To add insult to injury, we were billed an $11.50 "resort fee"; This property
is a roadside motel on North 3rd Street, not a resort. Making matters worse,
the online room rate dropped significantly the day before our arrival
compared to what we originally booked. A complete disappointment from
start to finish.

Buon albergo ma prezzo non adeguato
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, con una piscina stupenda. Le stanze sono grandi ed era pulita. Lo staff davvero molto gentile.

Cons:

La colazione non è inclusa sebbene il costo della camera non sia proprio economico.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet. Great staff at the front desk.

Cons:

4pm check in seems late but we made it work. Staff was very helpful and gave us suggestions of what to do. It gave us time to explore the town.

SAFE quiet place away from family
Pros:

Loved location and staff was absolutely amazing

Cons:

We were in room 132 the room above us was stomping all night long back and forth. I finally fell asleep around 1am but woke up at 5am hearing stomping again. This happened 2 nights in a row. Didn't want to make complaint due to reasons I was in mccall for my mother past away and need a place to stay to relax away from rest of family.
