Very unpleasant!
Cons:

We paid for a kings room and ended up in a queen. Kings room shower drain didn’t work. Had a mess as a result. Manager didn’t arrange for cleaning! Moved us to a queen room on a different floor at 11pm.
Manager attitude was we’ll comp you the room for one night and that should be sufficient. We were celebrating our 55 th anniversary and nothing went well for us at Evergreen! Will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend the facility to any of our friends.
Management view appeared to us to be non chalant, we have a full hotel so what if one couple had a bad stay.

A complete disappointment
Cons:

We had high hopes upon check-in. The lobby was updated, modern, and
very clean, and our room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended.
The bathroom was essentially non-functional. The toilet would not flush—a
fact you unfortunately only discover after using it. Because we were staying
for just one night, changing rooms was impractical. As a result, we had to
get fully dressed at 5:00 AM and head down from the second floor just to
use the lobby restroom. On top of that, one of the two bathroom sinks
would not drain, forcing us to share the other.
Morning amenities were nonexistent: there wasn’t even coffee available for
purchase until 7:00 AM, so we had to walk to the gas station convenience
store on the corner at 6:15 AM just to get a cup.
To add insult to injury, we were billed an $11.50 "resort fee"; This property
is a roadside motel on North 3rd Street, not a resort. Making matters worse,
the online room rate dropped significantly the day before our arrival
compared to what we originally booked. A complete disappointment from
start to finish.

Buon albergo ma prezzo non adeguato
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, con una piscina stupenda. Le stanze sono grandi ed era pulita. Lo staff davvero molto gentile.

Cons:

La colazione non è inclusa sebbene il costo della camera non sia proprio economico.
