Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by the snow-white bed linen and the fresh, fluffy white towels. Everything felt very hygienic and well-maintained

Decent hotel for the price
Pros:

We liked the free breakfast, it was pretty tasty. The lobby was cute and clean. Easy to book, easy to get around. Room was large and priced well. The kitchenette in our room was perfect.

Cons:

We were on the very bottom floor, our room had a funky smell to it. We also had no room darkening curtains, so the bright orange light shining in both our rooms at night made sleeping hard for all of us. The tvs would randomly lose internet connection and stop. Even with wi-fi it was slow internet.

Perfect for a holiday with family
Pros:

Staff were helpful and always pleasant. Rooms were clean and spacious. Many breakfast options. Also enjoyed the evening beverage and soup/salad the one time it worked for us to be there during that time of day.

Cons:

Gaping doors in 2-bedroom unit caused noise and privacy issues.

Pros:

Check-in was a little weird. Not the most friendly. But not bad. Place wreaks of cigarette smoke. I think it was trapped in the carpet. 4/5 stars overall

Pros:

Would definitely stay again. We actually extended our stay here by 4 nights. Our only real issue was wait time at the front desk & faulty key cards. The 5x5 waitress has amazing service and the breakfasts, along with staff were excellent too.
