Ver unsustainable
Pros:

I used to stay here all the time. Breakfast and "Happy Hour" consusted in an arry of food served on plates with cutlery. Now food offerings are diminshed and servings are on styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. VERY wasteful and horrible for environment

Pros:

En este hotel nos gusta mucho quedarnos porque encontramos excelentes habitaciones limpias y cómodas además el desayuno es completo aunque es un desayuno americano es completo y nutritivo la chica que atiende en el desayuno es una persona muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusta es que cuando uno tiene que hacer una reservación siempre el hotel está lleno digamos yo me quedé de viernes para sábado y por razones de trabajo tenía que quedarme hasta el domingo pedí un día más y ya no había la otra situación es el estacionamiento es muy pequeño.

A nivel general, bien!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la feria, pero alejado del bullicio.
Las habitaciones son amplias con cocina y heladera.

Cons:

La heladera, al abrirla, olía mal.
El wifi no era muy bueno, tal vez por la cantidad de gente.

Superb experience. Great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect- Plaza del sol is right in front.
They upgraded my room and it was very spacious with kitchen. The room is very clean, it might be a bit old, but still kept very neat and tidy.

Cons:

The heating on the pool was not working.

Pros:

I liked everything, the staff was very friendly, from the security guards, the receptionists, the valet parkers, the cooks, the cleaners, everyone did an excellent job.

Cons:

I didn't like that there wasn't much drinking water. They only gave us two bottles of water. I understand that water is life, and it would be a plus if they at least gave us unlimited drinking water.

Excellent hotel, service, staff, etc. This hotel is located between 2 super large shopping malls with lots of dining options. 15 minute walk to the Expo. Very safe area. The hotel staff is amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again.
