Perfect
Pros:

The team listened to my request. I wanted pink balloons in our room for our daughter’s 10th birthday treat and they went above for her. Icebucket full of soft drinks for her balloons pink themed as I asked and a cute birthday card. Thank you so much. She was delighted.

Lovely, comfortable hotel with a family friendly vibe.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean & well decorated. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly.

Cons:

We had problems with the signal on the TV & it was impossible to watch. We didn’t speak to the staff about this until we checked out. They gave us a complimentary coffee as we left for our inconvenience

Very disappointed with the hotel for the price . The bed was very comfortable
Pros:

It’s very dated dark hall ways needs repainting in corridor there’s was a door frame look like had been kicked. Stated at the village hotels in the past. They were really nice this hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. Definitely not worth what we paid for the night. Very disappointed it not cheap hot the two questions back to front
