we stayed here myself n partner and my brother and partner two seperate rooms after being at our mums funeral .... we returned to the hotel around 2 am we was not noisy we was respectful as we were all in a upset mood my brother joined me in my room to go through the day and was crying we was treated like we was cauing trouble two staff members knocked loudly on our door mid conversation tried to enter our room and told us my brother needed to get out immidiatly we was shocked we just said he will return to his room shortly when ive consoled him it was an awful experience
Not much. The beds were comfortable. A bit of a let down, as I usually find Village hotels are pretty good.
Check in was a pain... My room did not exist and having paid for a King Room, I was allocated a double. The rooms are rather basic, although the beds comfortable. Bathrooms are adequate rather than plush. The breakfast was plentiful but certainly not freshly prepared.
Getting out of the Car park is like a car rally, with totally inadequate signage. You have to go under the bridge / car park, which is confusing.
Very clean and super comfy sleep the bed was lovely
All good
Nothing really
The room was very cold and really needed to be update the heating was on but never make a diffent my baby ending up with croup over it
Staff were great, helpful with anything I needed, reserved a large table for no extra cost . Filled in disability form for what help I needed during emergency.
Accessible room wasn't (room 101)! Couldn't get a wheelchair in, bed too high, no drawers as other rooms had. Alarm cord should always hang right to the floor (didn't in communal disabled bathroom). Also, room service staff said they weren't allowed in the room. May I suggest if going to an accessible room you review this rule (maybe have on registration form 'I give my consent for staff to enter my room if asked')?
The swimming pool kids loved it
How far the family room was. With 2 autistic children. And mobility issues myself. It was very difficult to walk that distance.
Near to where we needed to be .
The views from room was a roof . Didnt clean our room we was there 3 days
The room was nice and clean. The pool area looked great, too bad I didn't have time to use it.
I upgraded my room because I was told the bed would be bigger, but it didn't look too big to me. Maybe the ones in the other rooms are even smaller...
Absolutely Everything actually, Clean good on the eye, such genuine friendly staff. Bed so bloody comfy: Also Loved the gym and restaurant too.
could have done with maybe one more rubbish bin + towel set in my room.
I loved the room, the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room. The fact there is a Starbucks on site was a winner for my teen daughter. The staff at reception and the leisure area were lovely and helpful.
Breakfast, staff were very cold and not helpful, we arrived 1 hour before breakfast finished when we went for breakfast was no sausage, or hash browns the scrambled egg was turning green and was like rubber. The apple juice was topped up with water and the staff looked miserable. Totally different experience from anything else we done at hotel.

It was clean, very comfy great location, excellent breakfast .
Good place for an over night stay .
