Wedding anniversary spoilt. Boo!
Pros:

Handy for airport, Manchester attractions, etc. Clean. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Room had multiple air-con extractor units immediately outside on a flat roof - noise intrusive (about 77dB, equivalent volume to someone hovering).
All disabled parking spaces taken by gym-gowers (not a blue badge in sight), had to park a really long way away.
Breakfast nice and warm, but plates cold (that’s a rookie error!).
Small refund issued by hotel - in all honesty it would have been a full refund from other chains.

Great value for money
Pros:

Could not fault the staff! Everyone we came across was really helpful, polite and didn’t make us feel we were asking for too much!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. A lot of stuff had been sat out a bit. There was lots of options. My husband is coeliac and there wasn’t a menu for him but we managed.
Coffee machine in breakfast area tasted horrid - it’s worth going to Starbucks on the otherside of Reception

Great PT sessions
Pros:

I attend the Village gym in Hyde and would like to recommend my PT , Rachel, for the outstanding workouts she does. So much thought goes into targeting the areas I want to work on and she makes the sessions really interesting. She’s a massive asset to your Company. Nothing is any trouble and she makes a hard work out enjoyable. Thank you Rachel for your patience and great worth ethic. Xx

Hide in Hyde
Pros:

The facilities swimming pool were good, the staff excellent and friendly.

Cons:

The food was expensive, the rooms were OK but the beds were very uncomfortable.. Whilst my daughter was having a shower part of the ceiling peeled off and came down on her. They changed rooms for her but could have offered a discount for the inconvenience. Looking closely this hotel for their prices, they really need to look closely at their structure. Actually never in my life paid 12 pound sterling for a glass of wine!!! It's a busy hotel with the local people using the gym and swimming facility felt more like staying in a community center

Pros:

The choice of breakfast was good and the staff relating to all facilities were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was on the top floor which clearly had pigeons accessing the loft. This unfortunately, meant there was noise through the evening keeping us awake. Staff members apologised and did try to move us to another room but were fully booked.

The family changing bathrooms weren’t very clean either.
