Nice little place.
Pros:

Came for a concert in Manchester, couldn't ask for more. Comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Well located for what we needed - short trip away from the coop live and good transport links to the city centre. Great staff, good food, huge pool and a Starbucks to boot. Will stay again next time we go to a gig

Good stay apart from other hotel guests having sexual relations
Pros:

Good location, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

My sleep was disrupted by other hotel guests who were up all night having sexual relations when I was trying to sleep.

Overall very good , just slight niggle with mattress

Great location, nice and quiet

The mattress , was comfy but when making bed up in the morning, noticed stains on it … was a bit off putting

Pros:

The room was very small as we were spending a week, we were promised a free upgrade but we were charged one member of staff who was very unhelpful didn't want the upgrade to happen and has charged my card .

Cons:

I will not be booking this again.

Great staff lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff at the hotel particularly in the swimming pool and gym reception were a credit to the company particularly Jesse who went out of her way to help me with a problem I had 😁 The restaurant bar staff particularly Lucas who was fairly new and a little bit nervous but so helpful and polite and went out of his way to help us he made a really good impression and I’m sure he’ll be a credit to the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean and we had a great stay due to quality of the staff we would recommend staying here 👍😁
