Bad stay, with an arrogant response from the staff regarding the issues I experienced during my stay

This is a long story. On one of the nights I was staying at the hotel, I was standing by the reception desk. It was after 10:00 p.m., which is when the reception closes.
A female hotel guest told me that she could not get into her room because her key card was not working. There was a night-time phone number to call, but it only had an automated message saying that the reception would reopen the following morning.
Then another woman arrived with exactly the same problem.
My male colleague was also there, and we offered to let the two women use one of our rooms while the two of us shared my room. In other words, I helped solve a serious problem for two female guests, but as a result I did not exactly have a pleasant night, having to share my room and bed with someone else. My colleague also used the duvets without bed linen.
The next morning, we spoke to reception. They apologized, but there was nothing they could do because the hotel manager was not present.
Later, I complained to the hotel. I expected at least some appreciation for the help I had provided, as well as some form of compensation. Instead, my complaint was dismissed in an arrogant manner. I sent a further message, but I have received no response.
For me, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.
The following morning, while I was standing at reception, yet another guest came forward and reported that their key card was not working either.

Super Schlaf wie noch nie
Pros:

Es ist bequem und sehr sauber, Bette sind perfekt und man kann die Zimmer sehr gut verdunkeln. Ich würde lieber hier übernachten und dann mit dem Regional Zug nach Ljubljana zum Sightseeing. In der Hauptstadt sind Unterkünfte sehr teuer und schlecht. Hier ist das Gegenteil: preiswert und super schön, leckeres Frühstück und absolute Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

în tranzit . Hotelul arata foarte oki pe afară si cred ca au fost făcute eforturi de îmbunătățire în camere : patul mare, cearșafuri curate

Cons:

camere mici, personalul de servire de la restaurant nu avea costum, dar aveau unghiile lungi cu care "rupeau" mici bucățele din preparatele de pe masă
