Pros:

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden, herrliche Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption - bis 22:00, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war zu laute Klimaanlage - nach der Beschwerde wurde uns sofort das Zimmer umgetauscht, ohne Diskusion.

Pros:

Готель перевершив усі очікування. Чистий просторий номер, гарна пахуча постіль, смачний сніданок і привітний персонал. Однозначно будемо зупинятися ще в цьому готелі, рекомендую від душі. Незважаючи на те, що були в пік відвідувань - сервіс був на високому рівні!

Good price - performance. The rooms were recently renovated.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. Bread was at least a day old. Some renovations are still going on.

Mi é piaciuto tutto, ma c'è una cosa in particolare che vorrei menzionare.
Siamo arrivati alle 22.15 e la receptionist ha deciso di aspettarci per assicurarsi se la nostra chiave funzionava perfettamente.
Al nostro arrivo l'abbiamo trovato davanti alla struttura (e non faceva molto caldo fuori) che ci stava aspettando per accoglierci. Un gesto veramente bello.
Oltre a questo abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile e la colazione di qualità buonissima sia dolce che salata. La camera era di una metratura molto generosa e i letti molto comodi.

Cons:

Assolutamente nulla.

Convenient and Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Well placed near Ljubljana, a nice room, solid breakfast, and a pleasant dining area. Parking is available next to the hotel. Extremely friendly staff. I recommend it for transit travelers or business trips

Pros:

Always so welcoming, clean and friendly.
Our third time staying here and it is always our first choice when in Brasov.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but I would love a fresh fruit salad option, that is all.
