Back to it's best
Pros:

I have stayed here on several occasions as it is a perfect location for my meetings. The last time I stayed I thought everything has went downhill dramatically. I decided to try one more time simply because I got a deal and I am happy to say the hotel is great again so somebody needs a pat on the back as the changes are noticeable. From the warm reception I received from the lovely Lithuanian lady at reception to my spotlessly clean club room . I didn't eat on this occasion so can't comment but had a drink in the bar and the waitress again was lovely. I am glad the Village is back to its best .

Paid extra fir celebration package but didn't get it. Been trying to get a refund for weeks
Pros:

I booked The Village hotel Leeds South for myself and my partner. I paid extra for the celebration package (the room to be decorated for my partners birthday). When we arrived the room was not decorated. The reception said they would refund me that did not happen. I have contacted the hotel several times and they say they will refund me but still haven't.

A great stay
Pros:

The front of house staff were so lovely, she noticed i had an exam coming up and wished me luck on the evening and then the morning of my exam.

The room was ideal, perfect for what we needed

We got food delivered to the room and it was with us super quick and absolutely delicious!

Cons:

Nothing, it was all spot on

Great place for an event
Pros:

The hotel is brilliant. We celebrated our son's 21st birthday party. The staff were incredible and the chef was brilliant. Guests loved the food and the service. Well done to Vi and her team on the day. We will be back for the next event!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable with very comfortable beds and clean bathroom
Pros:

Easy to find, room excellent, simple registration and booking out. Staff very helpful and smiling.

Cons:

Very little parking available. Too busy with the Gym members.

Good location, but poor nights sleep.
Pros:

Good location and facilities.

Cons:

The rooms become extremely warm at about 2am. The air con. is not as effective through the night, resulting in interrupted sleep.
