Great value and wonderful swimming pool
Pros:

Plus a wonderful room (even with building work) still great value quality and very friends staff

Convenient, but nosy location. OK for what we wanted but nothing special
Pros:

Cleanliness of room. Staff very friendly. Online booking of a room with a walk in shower made on Booking.com was not communicated to the hotel, but helpful reception staff were able to sort this out for us. Very convenient location for what we wanted, but note that the hotel is a 20 minute drive from Leeds itself..

Cons:

Located by the M62 and road noise could be heard in the room despite double glazing. Dining was in a Sports Bar area which was very noisy when we arrived- we did not want dinner but the environment would not have encouraged us to eat in house.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, but let down by cleanliness of plates and sauce bottles. The hotel was undergoing renovation and there was building noise in corridors.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities.
Pros:

Great staff. Good food in the Pub & Grill. Convenient Starbucks on site too. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Second visit to this hotel and will return.

Cons:

Only temporary, but building work is noisy.

Just a great one night stay with my family. Had little expectations because of the cheaper price but I was blown away at
Pros:

The hotel experience was great, the property was nicely maintained and the rooms were very clean. Access to the gym and pool was also really useful and the staff especially on the leisure centre were really helpful.

Last stay was difficult solely because I of the lift issue
Pros:

I've stayed many times, unfortunately on my last visit the lift was out of order my room was on the top floor, I recently under went heart surgery, yes I will stay again but on this occasion if I had been told advance I would have looked for alternative ocomodationn
