The room was very nice.
Recently refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Facilities excellent. Attended a party and the event space was excellent. Food very good.
Reception staff weren't friendly and welcoming. Check in and out took a while. Issue with parking permits which we had applied for successfully before arrival but on check in and out we had to show them to avoid a charge.

Bed was comfortable.
There was no cupboard, electric kettle was faulty.Hotel was under renovation and lot of noise early morning,so no comfortable sleep.checkout time was so early at 11 am, I have pained extra money for for staying almost 45min more.I had booked hotel mainly for swimming pool and I have payed for this and payed lisure fee which is not explained in booking.com. Not very happy

The breakfast was very disappointing, dry bacon, limited fruit and the feeling I was the last person there and needed to leave. I was hoping for a lie in but the builders started at 8
They have started charging for parking which they never did before and the early check-in has gone up from £10-£15 which is cheeky as well
Staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and modern
Continental breakfast is poor. My room was noisy with the window open and too hot with it closed. Air conditioning system is rubbish. From about 5pm there was banging noises which I think was coming from the gym.

Love village the team are incredible there is nothing to big. What makes a difference is the squidgy beds soft pillows and giant TV.
