Gute aber nichts für heiße Tage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal
Frühstück war spitze
Recht gute Bus Anbindung
Die Zimmer waren sauber (Bad eher nicht bei mir)

Cons:

Klima fehlt leider
Die Bäder brauchen dringend eine Renovierung
(Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und alle Bäder hatten die beste Zeit längst hinter sich)

Not good. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

It was well located. That’s about it.

Cons:

I had paid for a double bed room. When I arrived they told me the hotel was fully booked so I had to be put in a bunk bed room. They didn’t offer me any concessions so I was paying a higher price for a room I did not stay in.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Team, das Team und nochmals das Team. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, immer gut gelaunt. Man ist als Mensch willkommen und nicht nur eine Nummer im Buchungssystem.
Das Zimmer selbst hatte eine schöne Größe. Neben Doppelbett, Platz für 2 leichte Sessel, eine Kleinküche und Tisch und Stuhl zum Arbeiten.
Das Frühstück ist top (da können sich Hotels höherer Kategorien eine Scheibe abschneiden).
Es gibt neben dem angenehmen Frühstücksraum einen kleinen Garten in dem man sich auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten aufhalten kann.
Und selbst Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Erdgeschoss vorhanden und können über die Miele-App von den Hotelgäste genutzt werden.
Lage: zwar nicht gerade eine der schönsten Ecken Berlins aber in nur 5 Minuten an der S- und U-Bahn, dem KaDeWe und dem Tauentzien; und auf dem Weg dahin einige Cafes, Restaurants und Märkte.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist „in die Jahre gekommen“. Die Basis dürfte aus den 1960er Jahren sein. Es ist zu sehen, dass an einer schrittweisen Modernisierung gearbeitet wird, aber dass es andererseits auch einen Modernisierungsstau gibt. So sind Seifenspender im Bad nur mit doppelseitigem Klebeband angebracht und fallen bei warmen Wetter regelmäßig ab. Die Dichtungen an den Duschtüren fehlen teilweise. Die Hebel der Armaturen sind teilweise gebrochen. Die Abluft funktioniert nicht. Baujahr und Zimmerpreis lassen m. E. keinen Raum für eine generelle Klimatisierung der Räume, welche ohnehin nur in den heißen Sommertagen vermisst werden dürfte.

A very good 3star hotel in the centre of Berlin.
Pros:

A very good 3star hotel with all the basic needs of one spending a few days in the centre of Berlin. Well positioned, comfortable, generally well equipped, but without a fridge which would have been a plus. Staff very warm and helpful. Excellent breakfast, both cooked and continental, provided. Certainly value for money.

Cons:

Not much. Arrived during a heatwave. Fortunately on the 6th floor so a breeze available through open windows but np air conditioning. However staff provided an electric table fan which circulated the air.
