Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch recht zentral.
Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der self-checkin nach 22 Uhr super praktisch.
Das Frühstück war soweit gut, für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. Besonders toll fanden wir die selbstgemachten Marmeladen :)

Die Kopfkissen sind leider nicht wirklich bequem

Resepsiyondaki kaba beyefendi, bize karṣı check-in iṣleminden itibaren oldukça kaba bir davranıṣ sergiledi. Sorduğumuz sorulara dahi yarım ağız ile cevaplar alabildik. Tatilimizin en olumsuz tarafı oldu.

Tekli yataklar, ayakları tekerlekli olduğu için sürekli kayıyordu. Bu yüzden çiftseniz, uyurken bu bir sorun olabilir.

En üst katta internet bağlantısı iyi çekmiyordu.

Excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Pros:

Emplacement bien situé à Berlin. Nous avons pu nous déplacer à pieds.
Si la voiture était nécessaire, la ville est très fluide car très étendue donc nous n’avons jamais eu un seul embouteillage !
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Chambre et literie confortables.
Personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Parking souterrain trop onéreux : 22€ par nuit.
Dans la rue 3€ de l’heure de 9 à 22 h.

Modern, freundlich aber Küchenzeile nicht wie vorgestellt
Pros:

Das Urban Doppelzimmer war schön und modern.
Wasser in der Dusche kommt SEHR heiß aber mit viel Wasserdruck.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, es gibt aber keine Lobby o.ä., die Rezeption ist im Hausflur.
Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, U-Bahn etwas weiter weg.

Cons:

Zimmer sind klein, wenn man beide Koffer auf dem Boden aufklappt muss man drüber steigen.
Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Bei einer Schiebetür der Dusche war unten der Rollmechanismus kaputt, genauso wie die Aufhängung des Duschkopf, man musste die Brause in der Hand halten zum Duschen.
Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher sowie zwei Tassen und Teelöffel. Alles andere (Kochplatte, Geschirr…) muss an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden gegen Kaution von 35 Euro sowie eine Küchenreinigungsgebühr von 15 Euro. Das finde ich für ein Zimmer, das mit Küchenzeile beworben wird (war für uns auch ein Buchungsgrund) nicht in Ordnung.
