Always a Delightful Stay!
Pros:

Recently renovated so the facility is modern and clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are wonderfully accommodating and friendly .

Cons:

The pool was not open yet😌 The toilet in the room backed-up several times. The staff was responsive but it was an annoyance.

Easy check in.

Cons:

It was very dirty, it looked like someone had been in the beds, the furniture was sticky, there was a small blood stain on the comforter, even the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. Pictures very deceiving. The side door we came in said it was broken and to use the front door but it was propped open with a small towel. We didn’t even stay we asked for a refund and left.

Great Value & Excellent Staff!
Pros:

Great room for the price. Outstanding staff.

The property was in a great location, and it was clean. The rooms did have a funny smell when you first entered but I just sprayed it down with Lysol. Over all property was fine.

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude. The way they looked at us upon arrival. Then we stood there for more than 7 mins waiting to get her to even start checking us in. The front desk lady name Rodasia or whatever her name is, oh she is rude, rude!! Her attitude and tone is not for front desk. I will not ever stay there again. And the lady with the long nails, and braids…black lady, she was rude too. I don’t understand. I work with the public daily and that’s not the attitude you need at a front desk.

Love the property

Cons:

It’s one lady who is very Rude every time we stay. Just rude for no reason. I left and didn’t return until she was gone for the day and she was off the whole weekend. But everytime I encounter her she is rude. She needs to do better. Her customer service skills are horrible. I can’t remember her name but I know what she looks like.
