Centrum Hotel

The very friendly and helpful young man at the reception is certainly one of the best features of Centrum Hotel.
I booked on their web, but was asked to pay the full amount before my arrival through a payment platform - which is a bit weird. Their hotel had an agreement with the client I was working for, so I decided to trust them.
Breakfast ok, room ok. The area is still a bit seedy, especially at night, but not really unsafe. Walking distance from the things to see and from the impressive Venetian walls.

Charming hotel with a friendly atmosphere well located in the old town with many sights within walking distance. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. A bottle of prosecco was offered for our wedding anniversary.

I travelled to Lefkosia (Nicosia) in October 2025 for an Erasmus mobility at the University of Cyprus, Department of English Studies. The accommodation offered by Centrum Hotel was most welcoming and it made the stay extremely pleasant. The location is very convenient, the hotel is excellent and the staff were hospitable and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

Our room was very clean and a nice size with a little balcony, however the views are literally derelict buildings.
The breakfast was disgraceful. Everything is cooked on the same hot plate (bacon, eggs, omelettes, haloumi), so my eggs where black all over and truly over-cooked (I asked for sunny side up). The lady went to replace them and they came back black on the bottom again and white on the top but the yolks were rock hard.
Beware if you are a light sleeper. Once people start getting up at 7.0 in the morning, if you room is near the lift (I think they all are), you just hear the whirring of the lift going up and down.

Our experience with Centrum hotel was amazing. The room and hotel in general were very clean with a nice design. the staff was always very nice and accommodating.
The breakfast is basic (not too many options) but good.
The location is in the very center of Nicosia, close to everything. They don't have their own parking but there are a few parking lots nearby that are not that expensive.
We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for only one night and only used one room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel and our room was clean and well placed in the centre of the town.
There were a few negatives. The bathrooms/toilet were extremely difficult to access. Lots of twisting and turning to use the facilities. The bedside light didn’t work and had to be turned off and on at the switch. Not great at 1.00am.

Very pleasant, helpful receptionist with the information, ideas what to see in a day.
The restaurant manager and the waitress were very pleasant, helpful and professional.

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay in Centrum hotel. Location is great. Fast check in process. Room was great with everything provided. Rich breakfast -
plenty of options. Beautiful restaurant with some vintage memorabilia - worth exploring.

Everyone was kind and supportive. We would like ti personally thanks early shift staff who were covering reception and breakfast area. We had issues with our transfer to the airport so the reception staff managed to book urgently for us a new taxi. We managed to reach the airport but it was so stressful we didn’t know whether we will make it. Once again thanks everyone for your kind support!

The hotel was perfect for a cheap quick overnight stay EXCEPT the rooms smelled so bad from cigarette smoke. I slept with a mask on so not to breathe it- it was so gross. Please do a deep cleaning of your non-smoking rooms as it felt like someone had a lit cigarette beside me.

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the communication before the accommodation to the check out everything was perfect. The hotel is located in the center, 2 minutes from the central bus station, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The employees are very kind, and the breakfast is extraordinary. If I return to Nicosia I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend

Clean room. Perfect location

Rundown hotel, with very basic amenities, I book the executive room, it was nothing about it that made that category, the TVs are not working in any room, would have been to have heads up in the hotels.com page, safe boxed very old l, internet veery poor. The only great thing is the location, right by Ledra street

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and I really like it. Easy parking is close by although you do have to pay. There is a lift from the car park to street level and the hotel is about 5 minutes away.
Tucked away just off the start of Ledra Street it is perfectly placed to explore Nicosia. Ledra Street is one of the main streets in Nicosia with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The side streets are worth exploring as well.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with lovely walk-in showers in the very modern en-suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms are comfortable with air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities, TV and a safe.
Breakfast is served in a lovely restaurant area from which you can watch Nicosia coming to life. The choice of food is excellent with both continental and traditional food on offer.
All in all a lovely experience.

Centrum staff made my family feel like home. The friendly atmosphere and hospitality makes my family want to return sooner than expected.
The best breakfast staff Cornel and Lily treated everyone as individuals and gave exceptional customer service always friendly and respectful very polite and helpful. Anything we requested the staff went out of their way to assist
The family room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the room was cleaned perfectly by the beautiful housekeeping staff.
The hotel staff made us feel welcome and very comfortable in the hotel. The location of the hotel is very quiet surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Welcoming staff and candy for free, good room with all you need, breakfast with many choice. The staff talk many language and is helpful. Last but not least, you can play piano if you want ;)

We had a great repeat experience staying at Centrum. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Friendly reception and restaurant employees.

The hotel is ideally located right at the center of the city. We parked our rental car at the central city parking lot that is just a few minutes away. We will definitely select Centrum again for our next visit.

The hotel is in central part of Nicosia but is super quiet .
It is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed.
Good breakfast with super nice staff.
The Reception Staff was very professional and helpful.
