Very clean, affordable, accommodating and a pleasure to chat with.
Pros:

Location was great for us and very easy to get in and out. After he had us all checked in and gave me the room number and keys, it was noted that we were upstairs. I myself have rheumatoid and mornings are a struggle for me with ambulation and my husband was only a month post-op from neck surgery. There was no hesitation what so ever when I asked if it was possible to be moved downstairs on the main level. We were also pulling a trailer in which they accommodated our request to have it as close as possible to our door. He offered to let us park right in front of their personal garage. Also, such a nice gesture when he gave us a bag with bottled water and snacks for.each of us. As they don't offer breakfast. Very very kind people. This was also our 2nd year staying here and honestly we will not stay anywhere else. We will stay here every year. Last year when asked where we were staying, we had a couple people turn there nose up and questioned why! I did not hesitate one second to set them straight! We have stayed at some top star places and paid WAY more then here and their beds were dirty, stained, had hair in them, and the bathrooms were nasty and we turned around and walked right out. NOT HERE! 2nd year.... And both times as soon as we walked in, you could smell that it was clean and not like stale smoke,.and dust like ALOT of those other more expensive places that also had urine still all over the toilets and obviously not cleaned. In fact I made sure this year to pass it on to those we spoke with about their expensive/ not so clean rooms that they would not be disappointed.

There was not a thing that we did not like.

Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. The guy at the front counter was personable and fun to talk to. We were even given a little goodie bag as a welcome!

Cons:

I didn't like that I couldn't run just the fan on the ac/heat unit. Maybe you can and I just couldn't figure it out.

Pros:

Location for the Hudson Hot Air Affair was excellent. We were able to walk to the event which was wonderful!

The bed was very firm...I definitely need a softer mattress for my comfort.

Overall good experience and would stay again if we were attending the same event.

Will come back again!
Pros:

Bag of water bottles and snacks given to us when we arrived. Snowed over night and someone from hotel shoveled between vehicles for us to get into car!

Bathroom floor and walls were ice cold, otherwise everything was great

Very lovely staff and ease of check out and in . Great value .
Pros:

The front desk were so kind . After my story of telling how I tried to reach an Ice agent in Minneapolis with love not hate ( he looked so untrained and scared ) the front desk was kind to me . Great welcome pack and ease of checkout . Good value .

Cons:

The shower knob is not intuitive so a little card posted in the bathroom ( laminated ) would solve that .
