Ubicación genial, en una zona tranquila, pero con todos los servicios a mano,, restaurantes, supermercado y transporte público pocos metros. El apto bien equipado, limpieza bien y buena atención. Parking subterráneo económico, y disponibilidad en la calle también. Sin duda repetiría.

Herrigunetik oso gertu ez egonik ere oso erraza eta erosoa da bertara gerturatzea 21 tranbia hartuta hoteletik gertu. Kokapena oso lasaia da, logela zabala da eta gelak terraza zabala zuen berdeguneari begira. Gosaria ona eta jangelako langileak jatorrak.

Das Appartement war sehr alt eingerichtet, die Fenster komplett undicht, das Backrohr hat gestunken, beim Duschen gab es minutenlang nur brennend heißes Wasser, nichts für Allergiker durch den Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer

Abbiamo dimenticato uno spazzolino elettrico in bella vista in bagno, ho scritto alla struttura che mi ha ribadito che il personale non aveva trovato lo spazzolino.
Nel bagno c'era solo quello come hanno fatto a non vederlo?

Teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Möbel auf Balkon nicht nutzbar, Wasserhähne abgenutzt, Schränke notdürftig repariert.

Great hotel which I can definitely recommend if the free WiFi is not important at all.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very modern and very clean. Most of the amenities were working as expected. The room was fitted with a modern fridge with a small freezer compartment and a modern ceramic stove. The breakfast was very good. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel even despite the Cons listed below. None of these have to be deal breakers and for me only the problems with the free WiFi would prevent me from booking here again in the future.

Cons:

the free WiFi in the property was basically unusable, it was very very VERY unstable and I got disconnected every other minute. Since I had planned to work one or two days during our stay at the hotel I was forced to use my mobile phone internet instead. The TV in the room was non-functional which was not the end of the world as we weren't using it. I assume it would've not been able to show any programs anyway because of the unusable WiFi.

The guests above us were very loud in the evenings (after 10pm) but reception was only manned until the afternoon, so we could not report it, there also was no out-of-hours number that we could call. This could be improved in the future.

While the hotel was in a rather quiet area of Munich and I was not really worried about security at all, there were some areas that could've been improved. The main entry door to the hotel building was propped open a lot of times when we returned, allowing potential burglars to enter the building freely. Also, the window in the room led to a fire escape which was easily accessible from the ground and I did not really trust the locking mechanism on the window. There was no room safe where I could've stored my valuables like my laptop.

Kakao viel zu süß, sehr altes Gebäude, Heizung konnte nicht ganz ausgeschalten werden

Очень комфортное проживание.
Pros:

Удобное расположение рядом остановкой трамвая, который ходит часто. Рядом магазин Rewe. Удобное заселение. Легко найти даже ночью, так как все указатели и названия подсвечены. Убирают раз в 2 дня. Быстро реагируют на просьбы о дополнительных предметах для кухни. Тихо, у нас окна выходили на деревья. Все понравилось, будем выбирать этот отель в будущем.

Die Unterkunft war renovierungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Extrem wenig Steckdosen, der angefallene Renovierungsstau der Zimmer, W-Lan nicht sehr zuverlässig, das zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Bild des vorab gebuchten Zimmers.
