Terrible experience.
Pros:

Upon arrival, desk clerk was very unfriendly. Floor in room on first floor, pet friendly was disgusting. Scraped black caked dirt or something off of the floor. Had to change rooms late and after unpacking. Next room was better, but a terrible overall experience. You get what you pay for.

Pros:

Location was great, felt very safe as well traveling just 2 women and a child. Updated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
