All common halls were extremely hot and suffocating their HVAC system doesn’t work, in bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work, spa didn’t work, shower near swimming doesn’t work, breakfast had least items to serve. tVs are not smart TV. It’s. It’s simply 2.5-3 star and certainly not a Radisson brand.

The attentive and kind staff made all the difference during the stay, facility needs to be updated
Pros:

The staff and especially Kelly was very helpful with everything we needed along the way. I accidentally left my medicine bag at the hotel and she and the other girls at the front desk worked together to try and finally get a hold of their general manager who was away that week to ensure that they would mail my lost items to me. I truly appreciate their diligent work for customer service as I know it was a challenge for them to get the response and information needed from bosses/GM.

Cons:

The carpet was very old and it did have a smell of cat urine when we went into the room and a musty smell pretty much throughout the hotel.
