I was passing through on my way back from an uber rider drop off to the casino hotel, and I had to charge my car, so I made it to the Best Western here in Sherman, and Raj helped me get an account to charge set up, and as I was in my car waiting, he came out to the car and offered to let me use the bathroom, have breakfast and get freshened up. When I told him that I wasn’t a guest at the motel, he said that was all right and was very nice and welcoming.
If you’re ever in the Sherman, Texas area, do yourself a great favor and treat, by staying here instead of going to the casino hotel first!

Another wonderful stay! Claire Timothy and Raj went above and beyond for us as usual. They always treat us like family. Lulu and Jauna from housekeeping are amazing. The hotel was so clean. This was our 6th year staying and we'll be back!

breakfast was hot and delicious, Adriana was very welcoming and if we needed something she would help us.
Clean, courteous, and committed to customer service. The breakfast was great! Real food, not just cereal and fruit two days past it’s prime. I’m talking bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and more. They also have a good variety of somewhat poor nutritional choices available for purchase for my fellow midnight snackers. We actually don’t even live far away, we came to enjoy the pool with our kids and have a change of scenery for a date night. The staff helped with the pull out sofa bed and gave us no flack about having family over that babysat for a portion of the evening. They were all friendly to us and our children, even when they started to let their feral show through a bit. Overall, a really good experience.
