J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Noom Hotel Dakar Sea Plaza et je souhaite partager une expérience qui mérite d’être soulignée.
Lors de mon séjour, j’ai malheureusement perdu mon portefeuille. Dans un moment de grande inquiétude, Mme Maguette Sylla Ndiaye, Responsable Adjointe de la Sécurité, a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour m’aider à le retrouver. Son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et surtout son immense gentillesse m’ont profondément marqué.
Au-delà de la qualité des installations et du service de l’hôtel, ce sont des personnes comme elle qui font réellement la différence. Son dévouement, son sens des responsabilités et son humanité sont exemplaires et reflètent parfaitement les valeurs d’un établissement de haut niveau.
Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Mme Maguette Sylla Ndiaye ainsi que toute l’équipe du Noom Hotel pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

fint å bra förutom att dom stal pengar i vårat rum ( och sen så dom olika historier om vad som hänt när dom kollade i kamrerna ( först kollade dom inte ens rätt rum ( dom försökte bara dra ut på tiden = så vi åkk därifrån efter den dåliga sida dom visade
Att man inte kunde lita på städpersonalen eller om det var någon annan på rummet å stal pengar 4000 dollar
The stay was good, was able to enjoy the calmness and comfortable environment with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. View was topnotch, ambience joyful, food good, outstanding.
How easy it was to mistakenly enter other individuals rooms. Despite hanging the DND label on the door, someone (idk a staff or other client) entered my room early morning while I was sleeping and disturbed my sleep.
