Все було чудово, приїдемо ще.
Pros:

Відпочивали у закладі вдруге. Враження значно покращилися! Нарешті була змога скористатися усіма послугами у SPA зоні. Все було чудово. Особливо рекомендую римську парну.
Минулого разу були зауваження стосовно ресторану, але цього разу ми максимально задоволенні. Усі страви 10/10. Особливо десерти.

Хороше SPA, але стан номера та сервіс зовсім не відповідають 5 зіркам
Pros:

Номер справді великий і просторий, з гарними панорамними вікнами, власною терасою та приємним видом на сад. Сніданок – класична шведська лінія; він доволі звичайний, але вибір достатній, щоб смачно поснідати.

Найбільша перевага готелю – це SPA-зона, заради якої ми і приїхали. Тут є все необхідне: один соляний басейн, один великий (хоча й неглибокий) басейн, гідромасаж, соляна кімната, а також фінська, слов’янська та римська парні. Якщо плануєте візит у будній день, є великий шанс, що вся зона буде повністю у вашому розпорядженні. Персонал також залишив позитивне враження – дуже ввічливі та приємні у спілкуванні люди.

Cons:

На жаль, був ряд суттєвих моментів, які зіпсували загальне враження, особливо з огляду на статус 5-зіркового готелю:

– Клімат у номері: Через панорамні вікна вдень у кімнаті ставало нестерпно спекотно (температура піднімалася до 30 градусів). Провітрити приміщення майже неможливо, воно прогрівається миттєво. Вночі ж, навпаки, було досить прохолодно.

– Технічні несправності: У номері не працював холодильник (в один із днів він просто протік на підлогу), мінібар теж не охолоджував. Чайник був несправний, тож попри наявність чаю та кави, приготувати їх не вдалося. Фен дуже слабкий, ледь справляється зі своєю функцією.

– Чистота та зручності: У ванній кімнаті були помітні розводи на підлозі, хоча в самому номері було досить чисто. Що найбільше здивувало – відсутність сушарки. Для готелю зі SPA – це критично, оскільки мокрі купальники просто капали на підлогу.

– Ергономіка та зв'язок: Телевізор розташований дуже невдало – він маленький і знаходиться на відстані близько 7 метрів від ліжка, тому дивитися його неможливо. Wi-Fi працював дуже нестабільно і постійно зникав.

– Невідповідність очікуванням від "Делюкс": Ліжко виявилося меншим за стандартний King Size (менше ніж 180 см), що варто враховувати при бронюванні.

– Локація: Готель розташований прямо біля дуже шумної траси, що постійно забита машинами. Це район окружної дороги, тому вийти погуляти десь поруч просто немає де.

Підсумок: На мою думку, ціна за цей номер значно завищена відносно отриманих зручностей. На жаль, сервіс та стан номеру не відповідають рівню 5 зірок.

Pros:

Все чудово, питань немає.

Cons:

В номері був стакан погано відмитий після якогось липкого напою, та під ліжком (біля самого краю), що було досить помітно, був засунутий шматок туалетного папіру (не нового)), допускаю, що в номері були люди з маленькою дитиною, яка ходила на горщик, та засунула використаний папір під ліжко, бо також поряд під ліжком були 2 іграшкові машинки. Дрібниця, але неприємно. Сподіваюсь, що персонал зробить висновки.
