Готель великий, чистий, хороший сніданок.

Cons:

При бронюванні вказала, що у чоловіка день народження і попросила зробити якийсь подарунок в номер (за доплату), типу шампанське, фрукти, але прохання проігнорували і не запропонували жодних опцій, в номері просто нічого не було, крім платного міні-бару. Навіть вода, яка стояла окремо, теж була платна, хоча воду завжди дають безкоштовно...
Не працювали сауни, біля басейну було холодно, хоча відключення світла були не цілий день.

Кожного року відпочиваю в Сіті Холідей. Дуже подобається❤️

Cons:

Під час нашого перебування проводилися ремонтні роботи у СПА, а також СПА не працювало на другий день нашого відпочинку. 😒
На моє зауваження чому? Адміністратор повідомила, що потрібно замовляти щоб включили СПА бо немає відпочиваючих. Але ж ми були в готелі, можна було б хочаб попередити.

Гарна територія, місцеположення. Класний SPA

Cons:

Трішки зіпсувало враження невідповідність фоток номера в оголошенні. В ньому ліжко і диван розділені стіною, а по факту вони були в одному просторі

Cons:

Вже неодноразово відпочиваю в цьому готелів. До цього ніяких зауважень в мене не було. Але цього разу в одному з моїх улюблених басейнів настільки багато було хлорки, що постійно різало очі. Неможливо в головній спа зоні навіть полежати, як запах та біль в очах не давали розслабитися.
Одна з бань була закрита і про це не повідомили з самого початку.
