Pros:

Very pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so. Will certainly return.

Pros:

We had one of the new rooms and were travelling with our dog. This was the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. The room was so comfortable with one of the cosiest beds I have ever slept in. Beautiful decor and a gorgeous little garden area for our dog. They provided bed for him and treats also.
Gorgeous luxurious bathroom and shower.
We had dinner in the place restaurant which was lovely. We only had one night here and I wish it had been longer, but we shall definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at this top-rung hotel. Given the overall pricing tier of the Chateau & Relais, the staff while friendly, at times seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps better training will help.

La Clim est en face du lit et donne directement sur nous! Impossible à régler, système ancien pas du tout intuitif ou simple. Même chose pour les lumières , Une vraie « usine à gaz »
La salle de bain séparée d’une vitre avec toilette dedans , vraiment pas intime.
Jolie terrasse et vue agréable.
Je serai dans un hôtel normal je ne me plaindrai pas de ces soucis techniques mais dans un Relais et Chateaux ce n’est pas normal. Nous étions il y a 10 jours à Eugénie Les Bains donc le contraste est choquant.
Aussi la décoration de cette chambre est moyenne et l’accès sans ascenseur au 2 e étage par escalier médiocre. Nous étions le 15 août hier, peut être était-ce la dernière chambre.
Directeur du restaurant La Plage adorable et nourriture bien faite. Voilà pour relever cette expérience.

Un endroit superbe . Nous étions dans le nouveau bâtiment du domaine. Grand luxe chambres de 45 m2 superbes.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil à l’exception, bien sûr du mercredi dans le restaurant de la plage, absolument imbuvable et prétentieux.

L’hôtel ne mentionne pas le fait qu’il n’existe pas d’ascenseur, même pour aller au troisième étage étage qui sont très haut du hauteur de plafond.

Les systèmes d’éclairage de fermeture des fenêtres sont à revoir intégralement car il semblerait qu’on a sacrifié tout, sauf le style. Quant au confort oubliez.

En résumé, à éviter à tout prix.

Lovely property, come with a car
Pros:

Spa and sauna facilities were incredible. Room was a bit dated, but understand they’re building a new building. You need to have a car to get here. Make sure you book the restaurant if you want to eat here
