Good location and clean.
AC unit was very loud when it kicked on and the TV color was very bad and couldn’t be adjusted.

It's was very clean but the staff went above and beyond for us! We are locals and had friends in town so we booked a stay too so we could go swimming! Jerri the manager was awesome ! I highly recommend staying here
Wish the pool had a hot tub
The king suite rooms were nice, my husband is an early riser and I like to sleep in so having a separate area for him without waking me was amazing.
Also the pool area was nice could use some speakers with music like the smoking patio had, the smoking patio with umbrellas and comfortable seating was very nice, and seemed to be used by a lot of people and I can see it being a reason most would come back since most hotels barely provide a smoking area let alone a comfortable area that you don’t have to walk a long ways to find.
As I said we usually use Marriot hotels, but was very pleasantly surprised with the facilities over all of this Hilton.
The washing facilities were out of order, we booked this hotel over the Marriot close by for the self service laundry room since this was part of our long trip we had hoped to do some laundry while here, I did ask about the laundry facilities and was told they were waiting on a new washing machine.
A couple of suggestions would be:
1. More then 1 washer and dryer
2. Speakers for music at the pool
3. Earlier breakfast times, 7am was too late for my husband so we did not eat breakfast here because my husband is an early riser and won’t wait for breakfast!
4. Kitchen/bar/ wait staff seemed a bit unpleasant and even angry, one gentleman on July 11, 2026 came out to the patio and was slamming chairs around a cursing very loaded and after smoking went back into the kitchen.
I also witnessed a waitress being rude and rolling her eyes when a customer was placing her order.
Clean and the staff
Beds not good at all and not worth’s price
Spacious room with good air-conditioning. Exceptional staff who will work with you if you call in to explain. I had an egregiously late check in situation and the desk checked me in when I called and kept my keys at the counter pending my arrival.
There were some signs of wear in the bathroom and some of the furniture. The beds were also too soft for my liking, but that's personal taste.

Easy access, has a restaurant on site, has a nice pool.
Room doors close very forcefully and that creates a loud noise/bang. Needs to be more of a soft close like other hotels I’ve stayed in.
Facilities were awesome. Food was great and service in bar area excellent! Kudos to your staff!! Everyone helpful and gracious even when they had 2 let me back in room to retrieve my forgotten pillow 💯👏❤️🩹

My husband and I love room set up. And the waitress was really nice that served us breakfast.
It rainy day and we arrived early and was unable to check in until after we returned from an event
