Very Friendly Staff and Comfy Stay
Pros:

I liked how the place was always neat and clean. The hallways and rooms were clean, and the staffing were very helpful and friendly. When I needed help, Mrs. Alicia and Mrs. Lorraine and another young man did help me with ease. Mrs. Alicia helped me get into my room, Mrs. Lorraine tried to help me pick out breakfast, even though I was not hungry at the time. She was very patient with me. The young man that worked along Mrs. Alicia in the evenings helped me get into my room after I had left my room key in the room by accident. I really appreciated them. They made my stay, and including the comfortable bed of course. Very comfy!

Cons:

I wish that they had a free breakfast here. They did not serve free breakfast with the price of the room, but overall it was not a horrible thing. If you have some money at least between $8 to $20, you can get a sandwich or meal if you are hungry.

A very pleasant, very accommodating stay. Would recommend this above others in the area. Worth EVERY PENNIE.

The rooms are very clean, the cafe is very convenient along with the snack bar. Our room was spacious and accommodating.

They were going to give me a refund, but I booked third-party so they couldn’t give me a refund.

Probably won’t stay again
Pros:

Location was nice

Cons:

Staff at front desk could’ve been friendlier, I waited a few min then walked to the restaurant to ask them to find someone. About that time the front desk person came out and acted like I was a problem for seeking help to get him. The tv in the room was discolored badly distorting the picture.
I was charged more than I paid on booking.com which is also frustrating, and again the front desk clerk made a huge deal I used them.
