Pros:

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great location with beautiful sea views, and a comfortable, thoughtfully designed room.

Cons:

The breakfast could definitely be improved. While the selection was decent, I would expect more from a five-star hotel of this standard. In let’s say the US, this might feel acceptable, but here I was hoping for fresher, healthier options—perhaps freshly squeezed juices, higher-quality eggs, better coffee etc. Overall, it lacked that memorable, high-quality touch and felt more like something to eat and forget rather than enjoy.

Gute Lage für Taormina.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Ausblick vom Zimmer (6 Etage) sehr schön.

Cons:

Pool kalt und ohne Aussicht.
Gym nur für Cardio ok.
Mit offenem Fenster schlafen sehr laut. Kühlung durch Klimaanlage erst ab Mai „erlaubt“. Valet Parkservice eigentlich gut. Der Contractor markiert aber auf dem Protokoll erstmal ab allen Kotflügel Schäden um sich abzusichern. Aufpassen - nicht unterschreiben.!! Website bietet early Bird breakfast an, wenn man früh abreist - um 7.00 (7.30 regulär Frühstückszeit) war es nicht mal möglich einen Kaffee zu bekommen, stattdessen gibt es eine maximal trostlose Breakfast Pappbox. Für 5 Sterne, 600€ die Nacht (Vorsaison Preise!) Armutszeugnis. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

NH hotel Taoromina
Pros:

We had a remarkable experience at the NH Hotel Taoromina from check in to check out. The entire staff was exceptional. Most notably, was Sarah T. (Guest Relations Manager) who sat with us at check in to educate us on getting around Taoromina, recommending restaurants for dinner during our stay and making the reservations. Sarah goes above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed at the hotel.

This was just an absolute gem of a hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely fabulous close enough to everything yet off the main streets. Staff exceptional. Room was beautiful balcony as priceless. Breakfast was wonderful overall must stay.

5 star comfort with 5 star staff

Pros:

Very impressive sea view from the room. We stayed in one night and in the evening the AC was not strong and the staff, especially Gabriel, helped us change to a much warmer room.
The view from balcony has a small mountain and ocean which was five-star scene.
The breakfast is also diverse, we tried Sicilian cannoli there.

5 Star pretending to be 4 Star
Pros:

Arrived and were greeted by Giovani who should have been a UN diplomat. Nothing was too hard to do. Firstly he had our car juggled between spaces in the limited outside parking. We had booked a room with a view, however ours was on a lower floor so when asked if there were any on a high floor, he looked at the screen and immediately upgraded our room and wa-la, we were up there with a fabulous view. He had our luggage delivered without a prompt and it was nice to see an employee who had the philosophy of "the guest comes first'. Breakfast was on the ultra new mezzanine floor with a wonderful selection, just not cakes and pastries which most European hotels think make a great breakfast.
Room spacious and well appointed with coffee/tea facilities. The view from the hotel roof garden worth the visit.
If we return to Taormina in the future, this would be our hotel of first choice.

Pros:

Csodálatos volt minden! Rendkívül kedves, mindenben segítőkész személyzet, csodálatos és kényelmes szoba. A reggeli hatalmas választékkal és minden nagyon finom! Mi a Karácsonyt töltöttük ott, Szenteste volt lehetőség ebéden résztvenni a saját éttermükben, igazán hangulatos volt. Kutyával érkeztünk, még fekhely is volt bekészítve neki.
Arra viszont készülni kell, hogy a város területi adottsága miatt nem lehet helyben parkolni, a kocsit egy szolgáltatás keretében elviszik és parkoltatják, ha szükség van rá, hozzák.

Honeymoon in Taormina
Pros:

Our stay at NH Collection Taormina was wonderful! The staff went out of our way to way to make our stay special. We were on our honeymoon and when we arrived at the hotel the staff brought champagne and cookies to our room. On our last night they gifted us a beautiful ceramic pine cone. Sarah was incredibly helpful scheduling reservations and a tour of Mt Etna. We highly recommend NH Collection Taormina!

Lovely place , welcoming staff delicious breakfast

I loved how I was greeted, Angelo welcomed me with perfection kindness and friendliness. Valeria in the check in was another wonderful surprise exceeding my expectations
