Cons:

La primera habitacion que nos dieron era tan pequeña que no entraban abiertas las maletas. La segunda habitacion al lavabo se le salia el agua por dejo, por el sumidero. No pudieron arreglarlo porque eran las 4 de la tarde y ya no estaba el de mantenimiento. Y el inodoro estaba tan cerca de la ducha que al sentarte tenias que abrir las puertas de la ducha y meter dentro las piernas. En una habitacion de 846€ la noche

Unfortunately, we were ripped off and Booking .Com must take part of the blame for insufficient info

Location great.Breakfast also great.Room VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Staff, in particular Angelo and Sarah were great.Very obliging and courteous

Cons:

We booked a " Supposedly Presidentail Suite" and got charged in ecxcess of Euros 1,220 per night.
What we did not realise is the price was inflated due to the balcony which we did not in fact use.
To add salt into the wound, the same Suite was being offered during our stay at Euros 900.00 per night.
Regrettably, we will NEVER EVER go to an NH Hotel again.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Taormina. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade mit Blick über Taormina erhalten. Tolle Aussicht. Der Service war top, das Frühstück sehr gut. Der Parkservice über einen externen Dienstleister hat sehr gut geklappt und kostet 20€/Nacht.

Cons:

Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit.
