The staff were exceptional - Helpful, Friendly & Professional. We give extra praise and appreciation to the doorman - (cant remember his name right now) who was always so pleasant and always with a smile, as well as Clarissa & Giovanni at the front desk - so kind and helpful

The service was extraordinary I fully recomend this hotel. The room was ok with a great view. And the breakfast was excelent.
We had the pleasure to spend some time at the NH Collection Taormina. Beautiful city, and a wonderful property. What really jumped out to me was the frendliness of so many of the people we encountered, especially at this woderful hotel. It's location is excellent, just off of the main pedestrian zone, as are the rooms and furnishings. Among all these exemplary aspects one person's small acts of kindness shine through. A doorman named Angelo saw we needed a specific form of assistance and offered it in a way that really left us feeling cared for and cared about. Thank you, Angelo. Mark

We enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Taormina. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and speak some English. The location is just above the main pedestrian street. The rooms are generously sized and well appointed. I think this hotel is a great value considering all the amenities and location.
