NH Collection Taormina

Our stay at NH Collection Taormina was fantastic from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the front desk team. We initially booked a room that wasn’t quite what we had expected. Although the hotel was fully booked for our first night, the staff handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism.

They offered to move us to a beautiful suite at no additional cost after the first night, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to our stay. It’s this kind of customer service that truly sets a hotel apart.

The hotel itself is outstanding—modern, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of everything Taormina has to offer. Our suite had breathtaking views that we looked forward to every morning and evening, making the experience even more memorable.

The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

A sincere thank you to the entire NH Collection Taormina team for turning what could have been a small disappointment into an exceptional experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina.

If you want to look at the best view in Taormina, you got it. The rooms are spectacular, the service is amazing.

Just incredible…the breakfast selection/presentation is outstanding; the staff is incredible and extremely accommodating (especially Monica, she is a treasure). ⭐☆☆☆☆ They Did Not Just Change a Room. They Ruined the Reason for Our Trip.

We booked NH Collection Taormina six months in advance because three lifelong friends, traveling from Brazil, Venezuela, and Miami with our partners, wanted to reunite and spend three meaningful days together in Taormina.

This trip was not spontaneous. It took months of planning, international flights, coordination, and commitment from six people. We chose NH Collection Taormina because we trusted a recognized hotel brand to protect such an important experience.

On the day of arrival, that trust disappeared.

Without proper notice, the hotel decided to send one of the couples to another property more than 20 minutes away. In a matter of minutes, they destroyed the entire purpose of our vacation. We had not traveled across countries simply to sleep in separate hotels. We came to share breakfasts, evenings, conversations, and memories together.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of empathy, accountability, and urgency from the staff. There was no serious effort to find a solution that kept our group together. We were treated as reservation numbers instead of guests who had invested time, money, and emotion into this reunion.

A respected hotel should understand that hospitality is not just providing a bed. It is honoring the experience the guest trusted you to protect.

To anyone planning a family reunion, anniversary, celebration, or meaningful trip with friends: think very carefully before booking here. If NH collection Taormina can separate a group after holding a reservation for six months, then no important occasion is truly secure.

The greatest disappointment was not the inconvenience. It was realizing that our experience simply did not matter to them.

Stay here! My husband and I stayed here for 4 days in June. Our luggage stayed in Chicago and the staff was so helpful trying to get our luggage back to us. Angelo the valet was a wealth of knowledge and always very friendly when we came back to the hotel. Monica and Jeanluca took care of us at breakfast, the pool, and the rooftop. Their service was impeccable. Sarah at the front desk was instrumental in getting our luggage from the Sicily airport and so helpful on things to do around town. Stefano on the roof top made our last night memorable. Lauren gave me a great massage in the spa. The room was great; the bed was very comfortable, and the extra amenities were so helpful. When we go back, we are definitely staying here. They made us feel like family. So many of the staff have been there for many years. They love the management and their jobs. Speaks well for the organization.

We were very pleased with our stay at the NH Hotel in Taormina. The location was perfect as it was only steps away from the main town with all the shops and restaurants. The staff was so welcoming and thoughtful with respect to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who prioritizes location and service above all else. A special thanks to Giovanni who welcomed us at check in and continued to help us throughout our stay.

The hotel has a very good location. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It is within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It has a nice pool. The staff was beyond excellent. I had lost my passport, and they went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Very patient and attentive. Honestly, that was the highlight of the stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely attentive. Special thanks to Monica in the restaurants. Monica is so kind and sweet and took great care of us.

The hotel rooms are clean. Breakfast service is good.

Hotel was prestine and had everything you could hope for while you stay in Taormina. Very close to the town and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Absolutely recommend.
