It was great until the bug came out

Very beautiful place on the inside and out! Breakfast was amazing as always. Staff was great

I did not stay at this hotel because there was no room I have paid for.

Cons:

I have paid for a room the hotel does not have. Therefore, I had to cancel the stay at the hotel directly after arrival at the hotel and look for alternative accommodation. Because you have offered a room with whirlpool I have paid for and which does not exist at this hotel, that is, the offer was not truthful and misleading, therefore, I kindly request refund of the money paid back to my
credit card.
