It was great until the bug came out
Pros:

Very beautiful place on the inside and out! Breakfast was amazing as always. Staff was great

Cons:

There was an roach in my bathroom and when I reported it I wasn’t taken seriously or moved to a different room

I did not stay at this hotel because there was no room I have paid for.

I have paid for a room the hotel does not have. Therefore, I had to cancel the stay at the hotel directly after arrival at the hotel and look for alternative accommodation. Because you have offered a room with whirlpool I have paid for and which does not exist at this hotel, that is, the offer was not truthful and misleading, therefore, I kindly request refund of the money paid back to my
credit card.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious room!
Pros:

We traveled for business purposes, and the location near the Convention Center was essential. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good, and they even had an omelet station. They also provided disposable containers, which meant that at the end you could still get a coffee to go. Additionally, they gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar.
The room was very spacious, with a separate area that included a sink, coffee machine, and a table, which was very helpful for my spouse, who was working remotely.
Thirty minutes before check-out, my spouse was invited to a last-minute work meeting. I went to the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave us a couple of extra hours for late check-out free of charge!
I loved the location, the room, the breakfast, and the very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here. It has been a while since a hotel has exceeded my expectations, so thank you for the lovely stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing especially the omelet made my the chef.

Cons:

The room had too much static energy. I kept receiving shocks each time I tried opening the doors. I always had to wear gloves to prevent shocks. Also, the cleaners only changed bedsheets, towels and emptied the trash cans; no sweeping or cleaning was done in the room or bathrooms.

Great breakfast, wonderful dinner (really enjoyed the free drinks!) great staff everywhere.
Pros:

great service! the staff were all wonderful!

Cons:

we were unable to enjoy the pool area at all as there were very loud young families at all hours all day. Perhaps there could be some reserved times for quiet adult enjoyment? I specifically search for hotels with pools, but was disappointed in this aspect.
