Un enfroit adorable, mais etre pret à une improvisation sympathique
Pros:

Le site en bord de merest adorable et le personnel est parfait.Le chef cuisinier ayant ete hospitalisé d urgence, ils nous ont préparé et offert un execellent diner

Cons:

Le chauffage des piscines et legeglage des niveaux sont laborieux, une porte sur deux ne ferme pas, la salle ce bain n avait aucune separation avec le chambre, l irrigation a été réparée sur notre terrasse pendant une heure...

Quiet and relaxing: front of a beautiful sea and coast
Pros:

Luxurious hotel but with quiet and privacy oriented spirit

Cons:

Minor details, eg price of the internal parking could be included already in the room price , instead of separately charged as I did not see many external parking options

une belle découverte dans un cadre extraordinaire

le cadre est magnifique
nous avons aimé la petite terrasse avec le spa
le petit déjeuner est varié

Cons:

nous n'avions pas compris et n'avons pas été informé que le parking était facturé 25€ mais le tarif est justifié par un voiturier/bagagiste.
La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre manque d'intimité. un simple rideau cache la paroi de douche. pas de portant pour poser sa serviette de bain
la douche qui fuit et fait un bruit d'eau qui coule même la nuit
les chauffeurs qui attendent leurs clients et laisse le moteur tourner sous la fenêtre de la chambre

Hotel nettamente al di sotto delle mie aspettative
Pros:

Colazione nella media. Posto molto bello per via del giardino direttamente sul mare. Purtroppo c’era un grosso topo nel giardino dietro al bar. E purtroppo non siamo a riusciti a cenare in tre sere di soggiorno perché tutto era occupato pur tentando di riservare la cena della sera successiva.
Le piscine avevano fogliame sui bordi nel giorno in cui avrei voluto utilizzarle.
Complessivamente il soggiorno non è andato benissimo e anche le pulizie in camera lasciavano a desiderare.
Le cinque stelle superior assegnate a mio avviso non rispettano la qualità riscontrata nell’hotel.

Cons:

Disponibilità per la cena. Pulizie in camera. Eliminazione dei topi nel cortile.

The staff were particularly friendly & helpful.
The mature garden is well kept & has very beautiful flowers & trees & wildlife.
Breakfast offered a wide choice of options which were fresh.
The pools are lovely for swimming & we even had a jacuzzi on our secluded terrace.

Pros:

Locatie is top! Villa is mooi. Wel jammer dat er stukjes zijn aangebouwd die niet echt passen. Kamer netjes, niet supergroot. Schoon met de franse slag. Zwarte badkamer, met kalkvlekken op de vloer. Zwembaden erg mooi, tuin prachtig . Uitzicht op zee

Cons:

Braserie op dinsdag en woensdag dicht, geen idee waarom. Op deze dagen dus ook geen/nauwelijks drankjes service bij zwembad, dit moet niet kunnen voor een 5 star hotel. Ook zijn huisdieren toegestaan wat betekent dat wij jankende honden naast ons hadden, niet fijn. Internet kan ook beter.
