Well located but disappointing room and facilities.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk away from the tube station. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Cons:

It is basically an old house that has been converted into a bed and no breakfast. Tiny reception. One staff member out of three needs customer service etiquette training.
No ironing board available but they had a hair dryer and iron (which was quite dirty) at the reception available for us.
The room we were given was in the basement (accessible via a steep staircase outside by the pavement)
It was small and very hot (warmer than outside), as there were no windows, only a door that wouldn't open next to the bed which faced out into a small backyard full of junk. Thankfully, they had placed a small fan in the room, or otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep.
The sound of the trains nearby could be heard through the walls all night as it was underground and close to the station.

Other guests have reported the shower was stuck on too high a temperature. We were able to get it cooler but forcefully rotating the shower knob in the cold direction, even though it seemed like it had reached it's full range of motion.

Pros:

A localização era muito boa, ficava a 20 minutos de transportes do centro. O quarto era pequeno (nas fotos parecia ligeiramente mais espaçoso) mas era bom na mesma, e a casa de banho também era boa.

Cons:

Quando fomos fazer o check-in, tivemos que fazer um depósito de 100£ (éramos 2 pessoas) sem aviso prévio de que era preciso.

My room was in the basement. It appeared to be a converted out building. Bed comprised an old mattress on top of spring bed. No bed head. No coffee and tea making facilities. Of most concern was on the last day water with faeces in it filled the toilet from the cistern. In general other parts of the hotel looked scruffy and unclean.

Pros:

The staff. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Small room, very hot in this weather with no fans provided. Shower did not work properly, but was rectified fairly quickly. The bed was far too firm for me, so not much sleep. And had to keep asking for coffee as none was left in room.

La ubicación. Hermosa zona de Kensington. El subte a una cuadra. Muchas tiendas. La cama super cómoda. El baño muy bueno

Cons:

Que no tenía aire acondicionado. Tenía un ventilador y tenía una ventana chica. Hacía calor. La tele solo tenía canales de aire por antena, mucha interferencia.
