Todo genial, la realidad es más positiva que muchas reviews dramáticas
Pros:

Experiencia bastante más positiva de lo que me imagina por otras reviews.
-Personal amable y muy facilitador. Tuvimos un problema en la primera habitación y nos la cambiaron enseguida.
-Excelente ubicación y barrio
-Colchon nuevo y muy cómodo

Cons:

En general se puede mejorar la limpieza del hotel y habitaciones

Estan de reformas en el hotel y había bastante polvo por las escaleras

la chambre était bien avec salle de bain individuelle. le fait d'avoir une armoire est très pratique pour les affaires

malheureusement le bruit des ventilations était très fréquents, peut-être dès le début prévenir les clients qu'ils peuvent l'éteindre

The rooms are refurbished. The beds are very comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and kind. Thank you for the great stay!

Cons:

Rooms overlooking the street are more convenient since certain others are directly overlooking the train/tube that operates 24/7 on certain days and can be pretty annoying to light sleepers, while others can't even detect it.

Pros:

All the staff members are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The hotel has recently been refurbished. The bed was very comfortable and the kettle in the room was definitely an extra. Thank you for the great stay!

God placering, tæt ved metro og restauranter
Sengene var fine, redt og rene
Der bliver redt seng og lagt nye håndklæder hver dag

Cons:

Smal og rodet entré, med et lille hul ind til personalet. Små beskidt og slidt over alt hele vejen op til værelset.
Men skal være obs på mange trapper, hvis man bor 2.el.3.
Værelset var ligeledes små beskidt og slidt
Sengene var fine og rene

Syntes ellers ikke vi er kritiske, men må indrømme, at det trænger til en kærlig hånd

Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Personal amable y cercano. Cama y almohadas cómodas y baño limpio. Muy buena ubicación, el metro a 2 minutos (parada Earl's court) y muchos supermercados y cafeterías al lado.

Cons:

Si es verdad que se escuchaba lo de las demás habitaciones pero tampoco fue un problema ya que apenas estuvimos en el hotel y lo que estuvimos no tuvimos problemas.

The location is good, that is the reason for staying here. It is cheap, you can see why, but its location is the point

Cons:

The hallway is a building site, the room is not clean, especially covered in dust. The room is tiny and for some reason kept at a temperature normally used for welding.
