Severely lacks attention, very dirty and smells gross.
Pros:

The location was good, and the lady on the phone seemed nice.

Cons:

It was very dirty, and smelled like mould and smoke. I booked the bunk bed room. Hairs under the toilet seat and filthy floors. I dropped my phone down the side of the bed and reached under to get it and my hand came out covered in dirt and dust. I booked for 2 nights and had to leave half way through the second day as I couldn’t bare sleeping surrounded by the smell and the dirt.

Pros:

Accommodation had everything we needed and the location was excellent.

Cons:

Finding somewhere to park was a bit of an issue - but I guess that was to be expected in a location so close to the attractions. We bought the £15 parking permits which worked well - although we got a spam parking ticket within 3 hours of our arrival!

Very good value for money
Pros:

Great location. Nice sitting room and bedroom.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit small and I although it was a hot couple of days for my stay, I found it got very very cold at night.

Great apartment and location.
Pros:

The location was great, 10 min walk to the pier. The apartment was well designed, clean, comfy and light, with all the little things you might need such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The balcony is a lovely touch and nice to sit in the morning a look at the sea.

Bed was comfy and location was excellent

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was a stiflingly hot day, the fan did not work & there was no air con or way to cool the room, other than leaving a window open which was a basement window with a security chain that did not work.... so not really an option 😕

Completely ruined my stay in Brighton.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Dirty, was bitten on the bed when I arrived(only stayed for 30 mins then I left)
Noise from upstairs, smelt bad aswell and when I asked owners how we can resolve this they said “what do you expect when you pay £50 a night? You won’t be refunded by us”

Great location. Clean. Facilities not great but the location made up for it. Wouldn't want to stay for ling if it was raining as limited cooking and space. Would have given it 5/5 if a bit cheaper 😉

Good position, needs some DIY updating
Pros:

Very good position in Kemptown. Good pressured hot shower. Clean towels and bedding. Nice tea & coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very bad smell of damp and drains. The blind was broken in the bedroom window so I couldn’t keep out the daylight which woke me up. The tap in the bathroom leaked into the floor. The towel rail was rusty.
