Great location & clean
Pros:

Location was great, very clean. Decently spacious for two. Wouldn’t recommend a third person. I do like that you can bring pets.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom being right next to the kitchen. Kitchen was a hallway. Overall very squished room. Somewhat overpriced I feel.

Pros:

Good value for money, great for a couple of nights if you have busy days planned and just using as a space to sleep in the evening. Reasonable storage for a small area, again perfect for a couple of nights. Clean facilities.

Cons:

Parking difficult despite the large permit zone, unfortunately really noisy neighbours during our stay which is not the Host's fault but would advise people to bring earplugs due to the very thin walls/ceilings/windows. Towels could be bigger.

Good location and facilities. Relatively quiet. Good value for money

Cons:

There was a toilet/ pipe smell in the room coming from the toilet. We called the front desk to tell them about the smell and they claimed they’ve not had this complain before even though when we first entered the property the windows were open… We only started to notice the smell when we closed the windows. It was most noticeable in the kitchen area. It was fine as we didn’t spend that much time in the apartment and kept the bathroom door closed. Wifi was not very reliable as well.

The room served its purpose and for the price I’d consider staying again
Pros:

The location being close to the beach and not far out from town centre was ideal, the check in was simple, and the room was presented very nicely. The room had a fridge which was a nice surprise

Cons:

The bed was very hard and we both found it quite uncomfortable. We ran out of hot water after one shower in the morning leaving one of us not able to shower. You could hear everything going on outside which kept waking us up.

Pros:

There was a microwave in my room which is good if you don't want to go out and pay for a dinner, you can buy an already cooked meal and just warm it up.

Cons:

There wasn't soap in the shower, I had to use the one next to the sink, all these cameras are a bit too creepy and there were two couple next to my room, one for each day I stayed and during the night they were having s*x, it was so loud, I could hear everything, the noises, the hits on the wall and the girls moaning.

Cute clean and refreshingly nice place to stay
Pros:

Property was in the perfect location
Staff and management really helpful after we made a mistake with parking permit, property was clean and welcoming and had really easy access as we checked in quite late
This place is defo on my short list for when we do come again in the not to distant future

Needs a good cleaner
Pros:

It was a good location and bedding felt crisp and clean

Cons:

Scaffolding in the way of the sea view the shower was awful the plug was full of crap the kitchen sides were all sticky the fridge smelt awful and the bathroom smelt of wee
This put me off completely I didn’t end up staying I drove home the same day

Its good but can do more.
Pros:

Conviniently near the bus stop,Kemptown and the city centre. Narrow halls but understandable. Keys are where they are, everything is prepared.

Cons:

Some dirt on the walls.. Hair on the sink. Dust under the bed.. Narrow space in the room cant fit a medium size luggage

Nice studio, well decorated and clean, fantastic location.

The coffee machine needed to be descaled, therefore it couldn’t be used. The bed sheets also felt quite damp.
